Janet Caperna said she’d “love” for Kristen Doute to “hit me” so that “jail” would “take away [her] engagement ring” while she “sit[s] in a cell” – as Lala Kent and Brittany Cartwright reacted.
On The Valley‘s Hawaii cast trip, Janet and Kristen yelled at each other on a boat after alcohol was served. In the heat of the argument, Kristen muttered something about knocking her a** out. Afterward, Janet repeatedly told people that Kristen ‘threatened to beat me up.’ The argument occurred shortly after Kristen got engaged to Luke Broderick.
In a preview for the upcoming episode, Janet addressed her fight with Kristen.
“She called me a wh**e. She threatened to beat me up,” said Janet in a group scene with Lala, Brittany, and Michelle Saniei. “She called me a fan.”
“I was like, get out of here. I would love for you to hit me,” Janet continued. “I would love nothing more than for jail to take away your engagement ring for the night and put it in a little plastic baggy while you sit in a cell for punching me in the face.”
“Oh Lordy,” said Brittany.
“Y’all’s group is messy,” added Lala.
“It feels very crazy to me, like every day,” said Michelle.
Janet claimed she “tried” to reconcile with Kristen.
“I tried. I really did this summer,” she said. “I included her. What did it get me? Rumors about my husband. I hope every time she looks at that ring, she sees a reflection of me.”
The group then laughed.
Back in June, Kristen reacted to a fan accusing Janet of intentionally starting “bulls**t” with her allegation that Danny Booko drinks too much. The fan pointed out how freely Janet herself was drinking margaritas in a recent episode.
“I think [her drinking] needs to be addressed… STAT,” the fan joked. “Wonder if she’s drinking at home during the day? … Should we be concerned about Joyless Janet when she starts hittin’ those margs?!?!? See how easy it is to start some bullsh*t, Janet?! Stop being so slanderous & reckless with other people’s reputations in order to manufacture a storyline.”
In the comments, Kristen shared the emoji of a hand covering a smile.
