90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda revealed that she suffered a health scare shortly after announcing she is pregnant and expecting baby No. 3, her first with boyfriend Matt Branistareanu.

Jasmine, 38, shared a photo showing her on a hospital gurney with a medical sensor attached to her bare baby bump in an Instagram Story. “Not feeling well today,” she wrote over the Thursday, February 20, snapshot.

In another photo, Jasmine seemed to hint that she was spending the night in the hospital. She was seen in an examination room sitting on a chair while covered in a white blanket. “Well. We’re not going home today,” she wrote over the Story.

While the Panama native didn’t reveal the nature of her health care, she told fans that things were going a little better and she got a spot of good news in a Friday, February 21, update.

“It was a very overwhelming and scary day yesterday, but among all the bad news, I’m so happy I’m going to be able to breastfeed my baby,” Jasmine wrote in an Instagram Story along with a red heart emoji and another one showing a woman breastfeeding.

The reality star confirmed she and Matt, 37, are expecting their first child together in an Instagram video on Tuesday, February 18.

While showing off her baby bump in a strapless off-white dress, Jasmine joyfully said, “Hi everyone, I have very special news for you! Let me announce to you that I am pregnant, I am so happy and excited and I cannot wait to meet my beautiful baby.”

Jasmine followed up the announcement with a series of stunning pregnancy portraits showcasing her baby bump. One included the family to be, as she cuddled up with Matt and their white pooch. Jasmine already has two sons, Juance and JC, from a previous relationship.

The baby news came more than a month after sources exclusively confirmed to In Touch that Jasmine was pregnant and her estranged husband, Gino Palazzolo, was not the father.

“Almost certain it’s the Matt guy,” an insider confirmed to In Touch on January 6, alluding to Matt, who met Jasmine at a gym in Gino’s home state of Michigan.

Matt made his TLC debut on the Monday, February 17, episode of 90 Day: The Last Resort. Jasmine introduced her new love interest to her costars Stacey Silva and Julia Trubkina while revealing that she was seriously contemplating an open marriage due to her sexless relationship with Gino, 56.

“I talked to him, and we started working out. And that’s like how we started, it’s like a genuine friendship,” she explained. “I talked to him about my situation with Gino, you know? I do respect him because any other man would have used my vulnerability, ‘Like this girl hasn’t had d–k in what, nine months.’ But he has been very respectful of that.”

Jasmine said she told Matt about her idea of an open marriage, which he easily agreed with since he “liked her as a person.”

Gino and Jasmine were first introduced on season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2021. After Jasmine’s visa was approved, In Touch exclusively reported in November 2023 that the couple tied the knot in June 2023, confirmed by a Wayne County, Michigan clerk. Their wedding aired during 90 Day Fiancé season 10 in December 2024, and they continued to navigate their relationship challenges on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8 before documenting what seems to be the end of their relationship on season 2 of 90 Day: The Last Resort.
