Pregnant 90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda denied the claims that she had been a victim of domestic violence by the rumored father of her third child, Matthew Branistareanu.
“Hi, my loves,” Jasmine, 38, wrote via her Instagram Stories on January 25. “Once again … I’m not clarifying any rumors. If you’re really concerned about my wellbeing, go ahead and book my cameos and subscribe to my [OnlyFans]. It’s the best way for you to support me. I love you all.”
The Last Resort star followed up on her response in a separate message to the 90 Day Fiancé fan account @90DayFiance_Alexa and said there was no truth to rumors.
“I’m very sorry for any person who’s getting triggered about this rumor. I just want to let everyone one [know] that there is support; you’re not alone; you don’t deserve to be discriminated against; being fired; bullied or making fun of if you’re experiencing or have experienced domestic violence,” Jasmine wrote in a message to the fan account on January 26. “With that being said, and because [of] all the lately love and genuine concern about many people to me, I feel I need to clarify this: I’m in a happy place mentally, spirituality, physically, and emotionally.”
She added, “I have a strong support system of real friends and my in-law family as well in this country. The person in question has never ever done any kind of harm/abuse to me in any shape or form. It just disgusts me how someone will use such a sensitive topic to create traffic to their company. I have been a victim of abuse in the past. But it’s something l’m not just ready to talk about yet.”
The Panama native’s response came one day after 90 Day Fiancé blogger Shabooty incorrectly reported that Jasmine’s rumored boyfriend, Matthew, had allegedly abused her.
“Jasmine is 8 months pregnant with Matt’s baby and is in denial that Matt beats on her and chokes her [and] leaves bruises on her body,” a screenshot of a message shared by Shabooty read. “Allegedly, sources close to Jasmine, have shown her his criminal record against Matt with his ex-girlfriends in Michigan. She wants to make it seem like she is so happy, but, in reality, there’s a lot of things that are happening that will be played out on the new season.”
The message continued, “[Matt] was stalking Jasmine from day one at the gym to get on the show, he has her controlled. Now, she feels that she can’t leave him.”
The blogger also offered their own thoughts in the caption.
“A birdie told me that people in Jasmine’s inner circle are concerned for her wellbeing,” Shabooty wrote. “This isn’t meant as an attention grab, as much as it is a grab for concern. But if there wasn’t smoke here on a post this serious, I wouldn’t have shared it.”

In May 2024, Gino Palazzolo had allegedly caught Jasmine cheating on him, and it was with a man she met at her local gym, according to a report from a 90 Day Fiancé fan page. The man in question was later confirmed to be Matthew. The report claimed that Gino, 54, had discovered the affair in November 2023 and subsequently kicked Jasmine out of the home they shared together. It alleged that Jasmine had been living with Matthew ever since.
Along with the report, there were photos that seemingly showed Matthew and Jasmine enjoying dinner together as they appeared to eat from matching table settings and had the same food. In a separate picture, Jasmine was seen lying on a bed covered with rose petals while wearing blue lingerie.
“A close source of the new boyfriend has confirmed he has been using the same bedroom comforter for years and that is what she is laying on with rose petals,” the fan account captioned the photo.
On January 3, social media headlines alleged that Jasmine was pregnant with her third child, but her husband, Gino, was not the father.
“Breaking News: Jasmine is pregnant — it was announced during the taping of the Last Resort tell-all,” Shabooty wrote via Instagram at the time. “She is now ‘showing’ her baby bump and is living in sunny Florida.”
Four days later, an insider revealed to In Touch that they were “almost certain [the father] was the Matt guy.”
