Jassi Rideaux has made headlines by accusing Stacey Rusch of cultivating relationships with the Real Housewives of Potomac cast members solely to secure a spot on the show. Once friends with Stacey in the previous season, Jassi also shared insights into alleged conversations Stacey had with fellow cast members Dr. Wendy Osefo and Ashley Darby when the cameras weren’t rolling.

This season, viewers have noticed a shift in Stacey’s relationships with her co-stars, with several connections appearing to fray. While some fans perceive Stacey’s actions as disingenuous, others have expressed disappointment at the treatment she received from her castmates. A significant point of contention this season was whether Stacey would attend Jassi’s wedding to Darius Harris.
During an appearance on The Reality Rundown, Jassi was questioned about her current relationship with Stacey.
“Oh my God, this woman – she’s someone I feel I never really knew,” Jassi expressed. “I think Stacey is the type of person who’s all about climbing to the top, even if it means stepping on others to get there. It’s like, ‘Sorry, I had to step on you, but oh well, screw you.’”
“Oh my God, this woman – she’s a person that I never knew,” said Jassi. “I think that Stacey is the kind of person that it’s like, ‘oh well b**ch, I’m climbing to the top. Sorry, I had to step on you to get there, but screw you.’”
She was then asked if Stacey has any genuine friendships on RHOP.
“No, not genuine,” she answered. “[It’s] absolutely [for the show]. The relationships that she formed with those people who are on the platform before the platform was to get on the platform.”
Later on, Jassi shared more insight into their drama.
“Oddly enough, the entire season that I returned, there was certain conversations going around about Stacey not wanting to go to my wedding,” she said. “And I heard those conversations from other cast members, not necessarily from Stacey herself. So I had conversations with Stacey. And Stacey, in true Stacey fashion, put on the QVC and was like, ‘Girl, of course I would love to make it to your wedding. I’m gonna do everything I can to make sure that my line is out. Jassi, you know I have a business, a legacy that I want to leave to Arabella. And I gotta make some changes to try to get there, but I may not be able to make it because this is the only day that they will film my [business].’”
“So at that point, the QVC Stacey kind of had me in a trance,” she continued. “I was like, oh, well I can understand that. … But [I found] out later that that was all BS. … [And] as soon as Ashley Darby and Wendy said [they were attending], I guess [the] word on the street is that [Stacey] still was kind of like, ‘okay, well, I’m gonna … prepare for my own business.’”
According to Jassi, Stacey came to the wedding with a “happy face” after Wendy told her that she would look like a “horrible friend” if she didn’t go.
“[But earlier] she actually was telling Ashley and Wendy, ‘Girl, I ain’t going to that wedding,’” said Jassi. “Wendy told me. Ashley told me.”
