Jennifer Aniston couldn’t be happier for her dear friend Selena Gomez now that she’s engaged to Benny Blanco, and a source exclusively tells In Touch she’ll be front and center at the wedding celebrations – along with other famous besties including Taylor Swift, Meryl Streep, Cara Delevingne, Ariana Grande and many more. 

Both Selena, 32, and her beau Benny, 36, have been in the music and entertainment industry for years, with the former a former Disney star and pop singer and the latter a record producer, songwriter and record executive. 

The source says about their getting together, that, “Whenever this happens, there will be an incredible number of celebrity guests. It’s not just Selena that has a ton of famous friends, Benny has been in the music business for more than a decade, he’s worked with a ton of people and stayed tight with many of them so it’s safe to say he will draw a lot of star power as well.”

After just over a year of dating, the Wizards of Waverly Place alum announced via Instagram she was engaged with a photo of her ring and a cute picture of the two of them captioned, “Forever begins now..” on  Wednesday, December 11.

“It just happens when you least expect it. I just cherish every moment with him,” the pop princess told Time. “I don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that he’s not going anywhere any time soon.”

Benny reciprocates her feelings, telling Howard Stern in May, “I look at her … I’m always just like, I don’t know a world where it could be better than this … People always said this to me, when you know you meet your best friend, she truly is my best friend.”

Now that the nuptials are confirmed and on the way, the next step is to put together the actual event – starting with the guest list. The insider says that, “Of course, Selena is going to have Taylor Swift and Blake Lively and that whole contingent, but she’s also going to have some unexpected people like Meryl Streep and Jennifer Aniston.”

Jen, 55, and Selena, who share the same manager, have been close friends since the two met in a bathroom at a Vanity Fair event and have had an adorable relationship ever since. “She’s just like a little cherub that I feel like I wanna take care of,” The Morning Show star told E! News after the two hung out at a 2015 Golden Globes afterparty. “She’s been extremely supportive and wonderful.”

“Jennifer treats Selena like a younger sister,” the source continues, “She’s very excited for her and has already sent flowers and a card offering to help out however she can. She’s planned a couple of weddings herself, so she knows a whole lot about the process and has a lot of advice to share.” 

“No doubt Selena will be happy to have her guidance. It’s hard enough planning a wedding, but a celebrity one is on a different level so any help she can get will be appreciated.”
