Jessica Alba is staying busy after confirming her separation from Cash Warren.

“Life lately,” Alba, 43, captioned an Instagram post on Tuesday, February 4. The collection of photos featured inspirational quotes and moments with her kids, but one moment caught followers’ eyes.

The actress posted a video of herself getting what appeared to be a lymphatic drainage massage. While lying on the massage table covered with two towels, Alba zoomed in on her body, showing off her toned physique. Soothing music could be heard in the background of the clip as Alba shared before and after images of the massage.

Elsewhere in the slideshow, Alba snapped another selfie showing off her body in a matching red workout set.

Her life update comes nearly a month after news broke that Alba and Warren, 46, had separated after 16 years of marriage. (The former couple share daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son, Hayes, 6.)

“I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” Alba wrote in an Instagram statement on January 16, breaking her silence on the split. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

She added, “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority, and we request privacy at this time.”

A source exclusively told Us Weekly last month that Alba and Warren experienced “many ups and downs” throughout their marriage.

“They have tried therapy and have worked out past issues over the years,” the insider added, noting that this wasn’t the “first time” the pair considered calling it quits.

Alba and Warren’s relationship “ran its course,” and their “communication hadn’t been great” prior to their decision to separate, per the source.

While they are “good parents” and business partners, Alba and Warren “lost their spark and grew apart,” the insider explained.

“Jessica and Cash made the decision together that this was no longer working or healthy for anyone,” the source continued, noting that the estranged couple are keeping their children top of mind. “The kids are their priority right now and they will be cordial while coparenting. It isn’t messy behind the scenes at all.”
