Jessica Alba is marking her new chapter with some new ink.

The actress showed off her new tattoo courtesy of celeb-loved artist Winterstone on Instagram Wednesday, captioning a carousel of photos, “The current chapter.”

In the first pic, Alba, 43, is seen taking a selfie mid-tat session, wearing a white tank top, green cargo pants and her ever-present “HHH” necklace dedicated to children Honor, Haven and Hayes.

She then showed off the final design: the words “life is transformation is life” written in cursive up her inner arm.

The new tattoo comes just a few weeks after Alba filed for divorce from husband Cash Warren after nearly 17 years of marriage.

The couple first were separated in January, and one week later, Alba confirmed she and Warren were “moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other.”

“I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years-both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she wrote on Instagram.

“I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

Elsewhere in the Instagram post, Alba shared a poem called “Wilted Flowers” that included lines like, “Your kids will figure you out one day. They will see you as a human, with flaws and trauma” and, “Heal so that they don’t have to heal from you.”

She also showed off some gym moves, other mantras and various selfies.

“A beautiful chapter 🤍,” one person commented, while her fitness trainer wrote, “Kick ass always sister in every new carnation of yourself :)”

In every chapter, Alba has been no stranger to tattoos. She’s gotten designs dedicated to her three children, the word “lotus” in Sanskrit and a (since-removed) flower on the back of her neck.
