Jessica Biel marked Justin Timberlake’s birthday with a surprising confession.

The “7th Heaven” alum admitted her marriage to the “SexyBack” singer is “sometimes devolving,” while celebrating her husband on Instagram Friday.

In honor of his 44th birthday, she wrote, “Another year to make memories that I keep sacred in my heart. Another year of joy and challenges being a parent with you. Another year together being curious and creative in the world.”

“Another year growing and evolving and sometimes devolving, with you,” the “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” star continued. “Another year laughing about it all. Happy birthday my love.”

The 42-year-old shared a carousel of images of the couple and their two children — sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4 — alongside her lengthy caption.

Timberlake responded to the post, writing, “I love you so much!!! 😍😍😍.”

Biel’s tribute to the “Mirrors” singer comes three months after People reported she “was not happy” that her husband got arrested for driving while under the influence in the Hamptons in June 2024.

The insider said the pop star did “everything he [could]” to “make up” for what he did.

Timberlake also pleaded guilty to an impaired driving charge in September 2024. As part of his plea deal, he was forced to apologize outside of the courthouse.

Even before his arrest and apology, however, Biel confessed on “The View” that her marriage is a “work in progress.”

“It’s constantly trying to find the balance, trying to find the time we can connect,” she said in May 2024.

Timberlake, who married Biel in 2012, was hit with cheating rumors in 2019 after the UK Sun published photos of the “Social Network” actor sitting on a patio and holding hands with his “Palmer” co-star Alisha Wainwright during a night out in NYC. Timberlake later apologized for his “strong lapse in judgement,” but insisted “nothing happened” between him and his co-star.

Following the speculation, Biel and Timberlake put on a united front in public.

Five years have passed since then, and People’s source recently said Biel and Timberlake are “committed to staying married.”

They’ve been married “a long time” and “Jess thinks he’s a wonderful dad,” the source concluded.
