John F. Kennedy’s grandson, Jack Schlossberg, is clapping back at Ryan Murphy.
The Yale graduate called out the TV producer in a scathing Instagram post Wednesday after Murphy made a dig at him on the “This Is Gavin Newsom” podcast.
During the appearance, Murphy said he was surprised Schlossberg had negative feelings about the upcoming series “American Love Story” since he allegedly didn’t even “remember” his late uncle, John F. Kennedy Jr.
Schlossberg — whose mother is Caroline Kennedy — refuted the claim that he no memories of JFK Jr.
He also blasted Murphy for making money off the Kennedy family’s legacy — without donating to any of the causes that were important to his uncle.
“You’re making millions off John, making a public spectacle of it but won’t contribute any of your riches to the causes he championed, or the legacy of public service he represented,” Schlossberg, 32, wrote.
He also shared his personal memories of JFK Jr.
“Hey @ryanmurphyproductions: My earliest memories are of John calling me Jackolatern and ‘the nudist,’ picking me up from school, his Pontiac convertible,” Schlossberg recalled.
“I remember being the ring bearer at his wedding and the day he died. I remember Wyclef singing at his funeral,” he continued.
“More memories are passed down from stories —like the time he locked himself out of a car in an intersection and asked the guy screaming at him if he could borrow a golf club to smash the window to get the keys, and then did it.”
Schlossberg previously shared his disdain for “American Love Story,” which is about the relationship between JFK Jr. and his wife, Carolyn Bessette, and their tragic deaths.
The glamorous couple died in a 1999 plane crash alongside Carolyn’s sister, Lauren Bessette.
“For those wondering whether his family was ever consulted, or has anything to do with, the new shows being made about him, the answer is no,” Schlossberg said on his Instagram Stories last month, per E! News.
“For the record, I think admiration for my Uncle John is great,” he added. “What I don’t think is great is profiting off of it in a grotesque way.”
“I thought it was an odd choice to be mad about your relative that you really don’t remember,” Murphy said in response on Sunday’s episode of the “This Is Gavin Newsom” podcast.
“American Love Story” has already caused controversy due to casting choices and criticism of Carolyn’s wardrobe in the series. Carolyn, a fashion icon, is played by actress Sarah Pidgeon, while JFK Jr. is played by actor Paul Kelly.
Fans got their first glimpse of Naomi Watts as Jackie O on Tuesday.
Watts swapped her signature platinum blond bob in favor of the former first lady’s dark brown hair color while filming in New York City with Kelly.
“American Love Story” is out on FX on Valentine’s Day 2026.
