Jordan Danger (born Jordan Hinson) was born in El Paso, Texas. Growing up, she did local theater and developed a passion for acting. At the age of 11, she and her family relocated to Los Angeles. She began her career with a role in the Disney Channel original film Go Figure.
As we have seen from other former Disney stars, it’s a great launching pad to fame and fortune. But, Jordan went with a different network after her movie debut, the SciFi network and the hit series Eureka. Not only that, some of Jordan’s other works include The Higher Power, The California No, Living Among Us, Hank, and Kevin from Work.
While acting, Jordan found she had an even bigger passion: writing. Jordan started writing screenplays at just 15 years old and has since accumulated quite a few of them. Her first produced screenplay, Breaking and Exiting, was released theatrically in August 2018. Her second screenplay was completed in 2022. God Save the Queens, a drag queen comedy based on Marmalade, which was a short she both wrote and directed.
What Is Jordan Danger’s Screenplay Breaking And Exiting About?
Breaking and Exiting got anywhere from one to three stars, depending on who you ask. Jordan is not only the writer and producer of this screenplay; she is also the main character. Milo Gibson, Mel Gibson’s son, and her now ex-boyfriend, Adam Huber, also appear in the film.
Dynasty fans will know Adam Huber better as Liam, Fallon’s husband in the show. He is just one of the characters that got written off and brought back in the show’s five seasons.
The movie is about a burglar who breaks into a house and finds a woman who wants to kill herself. The burglar and the woman end up having a strange connection. The film has gained a cult following for its dark humor and unique storyline.
When the movie starts, viewers are in the present, where Harry (Milo Gibson) is robbing a house. From there, it flashes back to show more details on how this way of life came to be for him.
Basically, he robs houses with his cousin Chris (Adam Huber). Chris wants to get out of that business, as they nearly got caught. He refuses to go on any more jobs with his cousin.
Back to the present, Harry is pulling Daisy (Jordan Danger) out of a bathtub. She had taken too many pills and got in with the intention of ending her life. From there on, it’s basically the two of them talking about how she shouldn’t kill herself.

What Is Jordan Danger’s Screenplay God Save The Queens About?
God Save The Queens ended up being a huge hit for Jordan. Receiving a 4.5 star rating overall. This successful dramedy stars Joaquim de Almeida (Queen of the South), Jordan Danger herself, and Peter Facinelli, from the Twilight franchise. Although considering how much money the cast made from Twilight, he wasn’t doing this film for the paycheck.
The movie follows four drag queens who, by sheer coincidence, wind up at the same therapy retreat. Each has their own set of issues holding them back, and they need to come to terms with them. As the story unfolds, we learn all about each of them in a series of vignettes about their lives. It is a very eye-opening experience for them.
Once feeling so alone, as if nobody would understand, they discover quite the opposite. It allows them to put their guards down and be accepting of each other. It’s a beautiful story, but not all mushy; let’s be clear, this movie is funny too!
In an interview with An Eye For, Jordan Danger said, “Originally, I wrote this film as a short movie,” she explains. “It was a short film that we made about Marmalade’s characters specifically. It was about an aging drag queen trying to make it on her last legs, and that was always what really was profound to me, especially growing up as an actress and feeling like you’re sort of on a timetable, you know, when your youth is running out at all times. I assumed that for a career like drag, it would feel very similar.” she said.
“So I wanted to tell that story. And then once we had made that and started telling her story, and it just felt so right and sort of serendipitous, I had the idea to write multiple other characters and tie them in together. So the way it came together wasn’t all of them from the beginning, which was a pretty interesting way to write. I’ve never done it that way before, but I’m really happy that it worked out the way it did.”
What Is Jordan Danger Hinson From Eureka Doing Now?
On February 25, 2023, Jordan and her fiance David Martin had a baby boy, Ryder. While Ryder had to spend some time in the NICU after being born, they are all home now and doing well. This will be her greatest role yet, Mom.
Even though it’s now been 17 years since Eureka first aired, we still had to know, did she have a favorite episode of Eureka? It turns out, she did. In an interview with Steve Eramo from SyFi and TV Talk, she said one of her favorite Eureka episodes to have worked on is season one’s Right as Raynes.
In which a former resident, Callister, returns to town. Everyone was surprised to see him and curious as to why he had returned. It just so happened that his return coincided with all of Eureka’s computer-controlled devices malfunctioning.
“The red wig I had to wear for this story was a little annoying,” joked the actress, “but otherwise I really enjoyed working with David Paetkau, who played the former resident, Callister Raynes. There were quite a few different emotional places I got to take Zoe that I hadn’t before, which was great”
Being able to continuously evolve her character over the years was a joy for her. She takes Zoe through many different scenarios and is all over the map emotionally. She considered herself very lucky, too, in that so many of her scenes were with Colin Ferguson. She said she could not have asked for a better person to learn from.
