Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son, Joseph Baena, is proving that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as he follows in his father’s footsteps. Over the weekend, Baena celebrated a major milestone in his bodybuilding journey by clinching his first victory at a competition.

The 28-year-old shared the exciting news on Instagram, announcing his success at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition. Baena took home first place in several categories, showcasing his dedication and hard work.

Accompanying his announcement was a striking photo of Baena flexing his well-sculpted physique during the event. His post read, “Mission Accomplished! 🥇,” highlighting his triumphs in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Class, Men’s Classic Physique True Novice, and Men’s Classic Physique Novice categories.

Baena posted a pic of himself striking a pose during competition, flexing his impressive physique.

“Mission Accomplished! 🥇,” he wrote, before sharing that he won first place in categories including the Men’s Open Bodybuilding Heavy Weight Class, Men’s Classic Physique True Novice and Men’s Classic Physique Novice.

Last week, Baena shared pics of Schwarzenegger, 78, helping him work out in the gym. Schwarzenegger looked intensely at his son — whom he shares with his former housekeeper Mildred Baena — while he lifted weights.

Joseph captioned the post, “You have to shock the muscles!”

Schwarzenegger clearly knows what he’s doing — the actor famously won seven Mr. Olympia titles and five Mr. Universe titles.

Schwarzenegger has four other children, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Maria Shriver: sons Patrick, 32, and Christopher, 28, and daughters Katherine, 36, and Christina, 34.

Last August, Christoper shocked fans with photos of his dramatic weight loss.

Three months earlier, he spoke out about the weight loss transformation during a panel he participated in, noting “it was a big process” that he started when he was living in Australia back in 2019.

“I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities,” he recalled.

“I was like, ‘I want to go skydiving,’” he recalled. “And my friends were like, ‘Yeah, no shot.’”
