Justin Baldoni’s amended lawsuit against Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, includes the explicit notes he received from the “It Ends With Us” intimacy coordinator during a meeting that the actress declined to attend.

According to the amended complaint filed Jan. 31, Baldoni claimed he was put in the “less than ideal position of having to relay” the intimacy coordinator’s notes to Lively.

The actor-director claimed he went to the “Gossip Girl” alum’s New York City penthouse, where she allegedly requested to meet, to review the ideas for the film’s sex scenes, per the legal filings.

The intimacy coordinator’s alleged notes, which were dated April 2023, suggested that Baldoni’s character “goes down on” Lively’s character and the two would “orgasm” in a scene and engage in “foreplay.”

According to Baldoni’s complaint, Lively, 37, allegedly said she did not want to “orgasm” onscreen because she was “too old for that.”

Baldoni, 41, claimed he presented an alternative suggestion from the intimacy coordinator’s notes but then “moved on.”

“In the end, Lively rejected all of the intimacy coordinator’s proposals to rewrite the scenes herself,” his lawsuit alleged.

“These notes would later become the basis for Lively’s complaint, in which she states that Baldoni would talk about his own sex life and insert gratuitous scenes with Lively’s character orgasming,” the court documents further claimed, referring to the actress’ sexual harassment allegations.

Baldoni’s legal team also argued against Lively’s allegations that her character’s birth scene was filmed on a “chaotic” and “crowded” set that was “utterly lacking in standard industry protections” since she was only wearing a small piece of fabric to cover her private area.

The “Five Feet Apart” director’s lawsuit claimed Lively “was wearing black briefs and a pregnancy suit that covered her midsection, and her top was covered by a hospital gown” when the birthing scene was filmed.

Reps for Lively weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

In December 2024, the “Age of Adaline” star filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department and later sued Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment and trying to ruin her reputation.

Lively’s complaint alleged there had to be an “all-hands” meeting about Baldoni’s behavior, claiming the actor had to be told to stop talking about his past porn addiction and showing her “nude videos or images of women.”

In the meeting, Baldoni was also allegedly asked to stop adding more sex scenes “outside the scope” of the script.

Baldoni denied the allegations and filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively and Reynolds on Jan. 16.

In addition to refuting Lively’s claims, he accused the “Shallows” star of extortion and “inserting herself into the production process in intrusive ways well beyond the scope of her contractual entitlement.”

He also accused Lively of making “derogatory comments” toward him, including suggesting that he should get a nose job.
