Kailyn Lowry is ending winter by soaking up the sun on a tropical vacation.

The Teen Mom 2 alum, 33, showed off her bikini body via Instagram after recently undergoing multiple plastic surgeries. “33 ✈️🧁🤍✨🌴 What’s your dream destination?,” Lowry captioned Instagram pics from her trip to Turks and Caicos on her 33rd birthday on Friday, March 14.

The carousel’s first slide featured a snap of Lowry posing in front of a picturesque ocean background while sporting a black bikini. In a follow-up TikTok post, Lowry giggled as she walked through a shallow end of the crystal-clear water. She shared the clip in response to a fan comment that read, “Would love to see your swimsuit body.”

Joining Lowry for her getaway in paradise is her fiancé, Elijah Scott. “Weekending,” she captioned her Saturday, March 15, Instagram post, which featured another bikini clip and a mirror selfie of Scott wrapping his arms around her.

Lowry’s bikini pics come more than two months after she underwent breast reduction surgery. She shared photos from her healing process via Instagram on January 13, including a snap of her breasts bandaged underneath a recovery bra and her post-op must-haves, which included a fluffy blanket, Miralax and a protein shake.

In a January 31 TikTok upload, Lowry gave fans another health update after undergoing a tummy tuck revision. “We’re 5 days post-op,” she shared in the clip. “I’m trying to taper down on pain meds, don’t want to get addicted. I’m severely uncomfortable. [Lowry’s friend] Sterling [Black]’s about to help me take a shower and then I’m going to do lymphatic massage. But I am getting around, it’s just a little uncomfortable.”

Lowry went on to clarify that she “did not do a butt transfer or a BBL or anything like that,” adding, “But because we did a tummy tuck revision to combine my C-section scar with it, I have severe bruising in my butt cheek. And no matter what surgery you get, make sure you take laxatives or Miralax or whatever else.”

Earlier this year, Lowry got emotional while opening up about struggling with mental health and body dysmorphia. “I pray that my kids never struggle with their body images enough to mutilate their bodies to be skinny,” she said in a January 6 Instagram Reel. “I think a little nip and tuck in terms of a nose job or a boob job is OK but to go through this to be skinny is [a] mental illness, truly. And I say that with the most respect to anyone going through it.”

She continued, “Not just my daughter, my sons too, I don’t want them to experience this level of body dysmorphia. Like, I was basically willing to go to any length and do this over Christmas break to be skinny — even if that meant Elijah couldn’t be there for me. Even if that meant I was in another state for Christmas. I was willing to go to any freaking length for it.”

Lowry shares her eldest son, Isaac, 15, with Jo Rivera, son Lincoln, 11, with Javi Marroquin, and sons Lux, 7, and Creed, 4, with Chris Lopez. She and Scott welcomed their son Rio in November 2022 and twins Verse and Valley in January 2024.

Lowry noted that she considered getting additional procedures done when she underwent her breast reduction. “Think once, think twice before you get plastic surgery and I hope everyone has a happy new year,” she warned her followers.

Fans shared their support for the reality TV star in the post’s comments section, with one user writing, “You birthed literally 7 beautiful tiny humans, your body is incredible. I’m sorry you felt pressured to have to fix it. I hope you can learn to love your body, I know your children did 🤍.”
