Kanye West backtracks on feeling bad about heartless tweet attacking Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s kids

How could he be so heartless?

Kanye West walked back the remorse he expressed over his vile tweet attacking Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s twins.

During an interview with DJ Akademiks on Sunday, the Grammy winner pushed back on people believing his X post earlier this month was one of his “worst.”

West, 47, argued, “Or the best. Or the strongest.”

The conversation came to an awkward close as Akademiks shrugged and looked off into the distance.

Earlier in their Q&A, the “Stronger” rapper said he would rather “give up [his] life” than relinquish his “freedom to talk” — and said the post about 7-year-old twins Sir and Rumi made others “not even seem so bad.”

Reps for Beyoncé and Jay-Z have yet to respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The Yeezy creator made headlines for questioning the little ones’ intelligence in unprovoked tweets on March 18.

The following day, he wrote, “I LOVE JAY Z AND I DO FEEL BAD.”

Beyoncé, 43, and Jay-Z, 55, who are also the parents of 13-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, have yet to respond publicly.

However, a source told Page Six that the couple were “discussing” legal action against West and “will absolutely not stand for it.”

Beyoncé’s parents issued statements slamming the rapper, with mom Tina Knowles saying the “evil” attack made it “hard to stay classy” via Instagram.

Her ex-husband Mathew Knowles, for his part, told TMZ that “people pay the price for being stupid.”

Sir and Rumi aren’t the only individuals who have been targeted in West’s rampant X rants, with Kim Kardashian also coming under fire amid the former couple’s co-parenting struggles.

The songwriter shared screenshots from an alleged text conversation with his ex-wife, 44, as they butted heads over daughter North, 11, appearing in his new song with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

We reported that West’s appalling tweet about Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s kids was the final straw for the “Kardashians” star.

She is reportedly considering stripping West of custody — and abruptly ended one of his recent visits with North after finding out Andrew Tate, who is facing rape charges, would be present to film a podcast.

The exes, who were married from 2014 to 2022, are also the parents of son Saint, 9, daughter Chicago, 7, and son Psalm, 5.

In his chat with Akademiks, West claimed he “didn’t want to have children” with Kardashian so soon into their relationship.
