According to a new report, Katie Ginella might be leaving the Real Housewives of Orange County as she is having a “hard season” and facing “wild accusations” from the cast. Additionally, she reportedly got into a big altercation with two of her co-stars: Emily Simpson and Gretchen Rossi.

Last season, Katie took heat from Heather Dubrow for questioning if Heather and her husband, Terry Dubrow, called paparazzi to photograph them. Back in January, shortly after the new season began filming, a report surfaced that Katie was feuding with Emily.​

“It’s been a really hard season for Katie and the women have thrown some wild accusations against her,” shared an insider in an interview with OK! Magazine. “She’s been called a liar, but she’s 100 percent held her own and not relented.”​

Even more, the outlet is reporting that Katie might be exiting the show after getting into some drama with Emily and Gretchen, which led to her missing a current cast trip.

“Katie wanted to go on the trip,” a source shared to OK!, “but she was not allowed to. Let’s just say her future on RHOC is not looking bright.”

She “got into a major altercation with Gretchen Rossi and Emily Simpson,” continued the source. “Without saying too much, a major announcement will be coming soon regarding her status on the show.”

After fans on Twitter noticed Katie was missing from the cast’s ongoing trip in Amsterdam, she popped up in an Instagram photo with Patrik Simpson and Pol’ Atteu at their boutique in Beverly Hills.

Earlier this year, Tamra Judge suggested that she was quitting the show. But soon after, she explained where she was coming from.

“I think I just hit a wall,” shared Tamra at the time on her Two Ts in a Pod podcast. “There’s so much going on in my life … I mean therapy and [Teddi Mellencamp’s health] and some other personal things I’m going through. I just hit a wall and … I feel like I’m in full depressed mode.”​

“When I get like this, my body just shuts down, it just completely shuts down. And I can just sit in one place and just stare at the wall for hours. And that’s how I feel, and it’s really hard to film like that when you feel like that,” she went on. “I’m just so mad at myself because I feel like I just can’t pull myself out of the funk … 2025’s just been a real doozy. It’s just been one thing after another.”​

According to Tamra, she entered the season “anxious” while “dealing with some stuff through therapy.”​

“That really breaks you down to your lowest point,” the star added, questioning if she should “quit” therapy. “But, you know, Teddi gave me a pep talk, and that’s the first time I’ve laughed in so long … And she just yelled at me and said, ‘Listen to me. If I have to be bald and fat right now and going through this, you get your a** back over there.’”​

The Real Housewives of Orange County is currently filming.​
