In the Miami Heat lineup, Tyler Herro has established himself as one of the top players. Since then, rumors about his personal life have circulated, and rightfully so. He has been seeing a model by the name of Katya Elise Henry for almost two years.
In 2020, after Tyler was drafted into the NBA, he began dating Katya. Before she started dating Tyler, she reportedly worked as a nanny on the side. Katya became a brand endorser and Instagram model after that. The two haven’t always gotten along, despite their celebrity status.
Even though Tyler and his wife have just welcomed their second kid, the couple has been the subject of mostly negative coverage in the news as of late. It turns out that they may not have the most harmonious of relationships, and it all begins with a cheating scandal.
Allegations Of Tyler Herro Cheating On His Wife Flooded The Internet
When Tyler Herro tweeted at the influencer Katya Elise Henry about quarantining amid the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, the two were speculated to have begun dating.
However, Instagram posts by Katya suggest that she may be accusing the Miami Heat guard of infidelity. The messages are unmistakable, and if the rumors are true, this isn’t the first time the NBA player has done something along these lines.
Around June 2022, Katya published a message regarding infidelity on her Instagram Story. The image she posted said, “If you cheat on someone that is willing to do anything for you, you actually cheated yourself out of true loyalty.”
Despite the lack of identifying information in the message, she has also stopped following Tyler on Instagram. She also added the tweet, “this hurts,” which fueled rumors that she had caught him cheating.
The Sport Rush claims that this isn’t the first time the pair has been the subject of cheating rumors. According to reports, Tyler and Katya split up two years ago while she was pregnant with their first child. There has been no proof of these rumors, though.
It’s not exactly startling to see an athlete cheat on their games and partners, and Herro has not spoken out and is unlikely to do so.
Many were worried about the impact on his relationship with Katya and expressed their disgust in him for what appeared to be his actions, but the Heat Man’s most recent update gives the impression that everything is fine between him and Katya. Tyle had posted Instagram photos with heartwarming birthday messages.
Tyler Herro May Have Slid Into Another Instagram Model’s DMs While With Katya Elise Henry
Miami Heat rookie guard Tyler Herro made headlines when he publicly sought Instagram model Katya Elise Henry before he even qualified for the NBA Playoffs.
They were rumored to be staying together in the NBA bubble in Orlando, Florida, where Tyler reportedly sneaked into Katya’s DMs and impressed her.
It has been reported that Tyler, while staying at the NBA bubble with Katya, attempted to “hook up” with a different Instagram model. This has gotten Tyler into some trouble.
A screenshot sent to Awesemo by Instagram model Brooke Miranda in 2020 alleges that NBA player Tyler sneaked into her direct messages when the Heat star was still with Katya.

With over 24,000 Instagram followers, Brooke Miranda recently shared a message in which Tyler Herro engages in dialogue with her. The Instagram model didn’t reply to Tyler’s message, but she did email Awesemo a copy with the remark, “You can have a Katya and still not be loyal.”
According to Totalsports.com, Katya cheated on Tyler with one of his “homies” when he was still in the NBA draft. Now that the spotlight has shifted to Tyler, reports indicate that he has been contacting many other models on Instagram in an effort to exact revenge on Katya. We have yet to confirm if this is officially true.
Katya dated Kyle Kuzma of the Los Angeles Lakers before she started dating Tyler. During a heated exchange between the two players in Game 3 of the NBA Finals, Tyler was spotted making a ‘mean face’ toward Kuzma. Guess you could say the two NBA players had some beef going on.
Katya Elise Henry Said That Dating NBA Players Was Challenging And “Not For The Weak”
Suddenly, Tyler and Katya announced their reconciliation and the arrival of their second child. Henry, now 28 years old, welcomed their son, Harlem, into the world with an Instagram Story post that featured a shot of her holding their newborn son at the hospital.
Katya was asked in an Instagram Q&A about her experience dating an NBA player. Her response was illuminating.
When asked at an Instagram “ask me anything” session for “advice for anyone who just started dating an NBA player,” Katya replied, “Aww man buckle up lol this life is not for the weak.”
Katya was also asked if she and her boyfriend have “talked about marriage recently,” to which she said, “marriage isn’t something I’m pressed on to be honest.”
Katya also mentioned that she learned “teamwork makes the dream work” with Tyler after the birth of their first child, Zya. For his part, Tyler appears to be making amends with Katya. His recent generous gift to her and the things he did to honor her role as a mother say volumes.
It will be fascinating to observe how this dynamic duo develops. Especially if a trade sends Tyler to a state like Utah.
With that kind of audience, Katya may air her dirty laundry with Tyler whenever she likes, and no one will bat an eye. Perhaps this will be enough of a deterrence for Tyler to not stray again.
No one knows what went down behind the scenes between the celebrity and his girlfriend, but things seem to be going well between them right now.
Tyler will have greater things to think about heading into next season, having been challenged by none other than Pat Riley to come to training camp and earn the starting role he desires.
