Kim Kardashian consistently captures the public’s attention, and this week, she did so with a particularly unexpected declaration. The reality television icon recently made waves by expressing her belief in a well-known conspiracy theory.
During a recent episode of her show, The Kardashians, Kim revealed her skepticism about the authenticity of the moon landing while engaged in a scripted TV project. She claimed that the historic event was staged, offering her perspectives on this controversial topic.
The conversation unfolded in the latest installment of The Kardashians, where Kim can be seen fervently discussing her moon landing doubts. This exchange occurred during a chat with actress Sarah Paulson, as they collaborated on the Ryan Murphy TV series All’s Fair.
Kim Says She Thinks The Moon Landing Was Faked
In the most recent episode of The Kardashians, Kim could be seen passionately giving her reasons for why she believed the moon landing never actually happened. The topic came up while she was in conversation with actress Sarah Paulson, with whom she was filming a Ryan Murphy TV show called All’s Fair.
Kim provided her evidence to the cameras, expressing her doubts about the veracity of the historical event:
I don’t think we did. I think it was fake. I’ve seen a few videos [of] Buzz Aldrin talking about how it didn’t happen. He says it all the time now in interviews… Why does Buzz Aldrin say it didn’t happen? There’s no gravity on the moon [so] why is the flag blowing? The shoes that they have in the museum that they wore on the moon [are] a different footprint than the photos. Why are there no stars?
“This girl says, ‘What was the scariest moment?’ And [Aldrin] goes, ‘There was no scary moment ’cause it didn’t happen. It could’ve been scary, but it wasn’t ’cause it didn’t happen.’ So I think it didn’t happen,” Kim emphasized.
Kim Has Been Pestering Sarah Paulson About The Conspiracy
It seems that Kim has dragged her co-star Sarah into the situation as well. In the episode, she and Sarah joked that Kim had been sending her nonstop links about the conspiracy theory. “I’m sending you, so far, a million articles with both Buzz Aldrin and the other one,” she joked.
While Sarah herself didn’t share what her own perspective of the situation was, she did promise the reality TV star that she would do a “deep dive” on the topic in her spare time.
It also seems that Kim knows not all her fans will agree with her. She ended the segment of the episode joking that she knew some of her audience would come for her:
They’re gonna say I’m crazy no matter what. But, like, go to TikTok. See for yourself.
