Kim Zolciak was recently spotted with her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, amidst his high-profile $100 million divorce proceedings.
The former star of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” was caught on camera leaving Mowitz’s Georgian residence on Saturday morning, suggesting she had spent the night there.
In photos obtained by Page Six, Zolciak, 47, opted for a casual look, donning a black crop top paired with sweatpants and comfortable shoes.
Known for her glamorous style, the reality TV alum took a more laid-back approach with her hair tied back in a messy ponytail and accessorized with eyeglasses.
Accompanying her was Mowitz, who sported a gray T-shirt, navy blue shorts, and a trucker hat, as he assisted her in packing her car.
According to TMZ, the two have been dating since the spring. He’s reportedly even met some of her six kids.
Much like Zolciak, who is estranged from Kroy Biermann, Mowitz is going through his own messy divorce.
In fact, Zolciak was served with a subpoena by her new man’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, in late September, Us Weekly reported.
After Mowitz filed for divorce from Green in March, Zolciak was asked to submit “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to [her] financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on [her] behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to [her] and monies paid to [her] by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected,” per the outlet.
The subpoena also demanded Zolciak turn over documents regarding travel with Mowitz as well as all communications, including those that may involve Biermann.
According to TMZ, Green claimed Biermann warned her that Zolciak — whom he has accused of having a gambling addiction — would “drain” Mowitz financially.
Zolciak opposed Green’s request to appear for a deposition, calling it “unreasonable, oppressive and intended to annoy and embarrass her,” the docs state.
Mowitz’s lawyer added in a statement to Us Weekly, “Ms. Mowitz’s decision to involve [Zolciak] in the divorce case is highly unnecessary, as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
In court docs, Green referred to Mowitz’s “substantial wealth” and claimed he created a family trust that had over $100 million invested in it. However, she claimed his income was a “mystery.”
Mowitz and Green married in June 2017, according to his divorce filing, also obtained by the outlet. He’s asking for joint legal and physical custody of their two minor kids.
Zolciak’s rep didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Following a brief fling with Chet Hanks, Mowitz is Zolciak’s first serious relationship since her contentious split from Biermann.
In March, she accused the former NFL star, 40, of stealing her jewelry and failing to pay any of their family’s bills “in years.”
“First of all, I love when people tell me I spent all of Kroy’s money,” she told Kristin Cavallari during the latter’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast tour. “I’ve made way more [money] than Kroy.”
She continued, “I’ve worked my ass off to provide for my family and my children. This man has not paid a bill in this house in years. Even with a job, he hasn’t paid a bill in this house in years. Not clothes for my children, not extracurricular, nothing.”
Zolciak and Biermann — who filed for divorce in 2023 after nearly 11 years of marriage — share four minor children. He also adopted her two eldest daughters shortly after their 2011 wedding.
