Megan Thee Stallion and her NBA star boyfriend, Klay Thompson, are proving that couples who work out together, stay together!

“Not I got him working out with no shoes on lol 🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏽 his lil commentary 😂,” Megan, 30, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, July 19, sharing footage of the pair hitting the gym.

In the video, the rap star posed for a mirror selfie while Klay, 35, wrapped his arms around her. In one moment, the basketball pro leaned down to plant a kiss on Megan’s cheek.

Megan also provided voiceover commentary about their gym routine.

“Bitch, I have been working out with my man,” she exclaimed in her narration. “First of all, we went to the gym and we were doing these things. They said to lift this s*** up. I think he thought that I couldn’t do it, but bitch, I was very much keeping up.”

After Megan and Klay completed their weighted squats, they did crunches while passing a medicine ball back and forth.

“Then, we have to do these goddamn Russian Twists with the ball thingamajig,” Megan lamented. “I don’t really like [it]. I feel like he was plotting my downfall, wanting me to miss!”

Klay, however, chimed in and noted that Megan “was better than [him]” at the ab exercise.

Megan and Klay then moved on to weight-lifting.

“My man came behind me and started spotting me,” she said. “It was a little heavy. I said, ‘Oh, my God, Klay, [come] help me.’”

Klay also helped Megan complete pull-up reps.

“I’m a spotter,” he explained about keeping his hands planted on her derrière while she pulled up on the bar. “I was spotting!”

Meghan, however, joked that she “didn’t think [she] needed that much assistance” with the regimen.

“I think that was his favorite part of the workout,” she joked, later adding that Klay was “put through the ringer” when they did a series of sit-ups.

Megan and Klay confirmed their romance earlier this month, making their official red carpet debut at the Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala held on Wednesday, July 16. (Megan started the organization in 2022 to support women, children, seniors and underserved communities in Houston, Texas.)

“Well, it feels incredible because Megan is such a special person and she inspires so many around the world. I’ve seen it firsthand,” Klay exclusively told Us Weekly on the red carpet. “This is just another incredible feat of hers to be able to give back, create foundation and raise a ton of money for those in need. I’m honored to be here by her side.”

The gala was held in honor of Megan’s late parents, whom Klay said he “would have loved to meet.”

“I know both of them would be so proud of their only daughter because of what — not only what she’s been able to accomplish, what she’s also going to continue to do,” Klay added. “She has never been put in a box, or allowed herself to be in a box, and she just continues to inspire so many people around the world. And, on top of that, raise a ton of money this evening and just do so much for so many in need.”
