Kyle Chrisley was arrested after he threatened to kill his boss while brandishing a knife at him just two months after his superstar parents Todd and Julie Chrisley were jailed for a $30million bank fraud scheme.
Kyle, 32, was arrested for felony aggravated assault charges after allegedly brandishing a ‘fixed blade’ at his boss at the Penske Truck on East Enon Springs Road on Monday.
His boss, Deven Campbell, was found by a Smyrna police officer with injuries to his ‘head, neck, and hand’ and had ‘bruises and lacerations.’
‘The victim stated that the defendant also displayed a fixed blade knife and threatened to kill/stab him,’ the arrest warrant, obtained by DailyMail.com, said. ‘Witnesses on scene confirmed that the defendant displayed a knife and threatened to stab the victim.’
The following day, Chrisley ‘voluntarily appeared’ for booking procedure and was transported to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center on a $3,000 bond, according to a Smyrna Police Department press release. He was later released on bond.
