Travis Kelce found himself in a humorous predicament recently. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end shared a light-hearted moment during the recording of his New Heights podcast, inadvertently breaking a chair at home. With a playful nod to his fiancée, Taylor Swift, he joked about hoping she wouldn’t discover his mishap.
In a sneak peek of the upcoming February 4 episode, the incident unfolded when Travis, clearly enjoying a joke from his brother and podcast co-host, Jason Kelce, leaned back in his chair. The seat couldn’t withstand the pressure, resulting in a loud crack, and Travis momentarily lost his balance.
“Oh s–t!” Jason reacted in surprise, quickly checking on his brother’s wellbeing. “Are you alright?” he asked with concern.
Reassuring his sibling and co-host, Travis, after regaining his composure, chuckled and said, “We’re good.” The moment added a dose of spontaneous fun to the brothers’ engaging podcast dynamic.
And after recovering from his stumble, Travis told the Philadelphia Eagles alum, “We’re good.”
He jokingly added, “Taylor’s gonna kill me.”
But this wasn’t the first time Travis knew he was in trouble with the “Karma” singer. In January, the NFL star quipped that “Taylor’s going to kill me” after not getting a reference to her 2025 song “Wood,” which is said to be about Travis’ manhood.
