The Vanderpump Rules universe is pretty vast, thanks to the show having several seasons as well as a brand-new cast on the way. However, Lala Kent remains a staple. Recently, she discussed multiple hot topics related to both VPR and The Valley, including the issues with Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright and if she’s dating now that she’s filed for divorce.

Longtime fans of Vanderpump Rules know that Lala joined the series during its 4th season. Since then, many came to love or hate her, and she’s been one of the most outspoken cast members since the reboot was announced. 

Lala was recently on Heather McDonald‘s Juicy Scoop podcast, where she opened up about quite a bit. One of the juiciest parts, excuse the pun, came when she discussed where Brittany’s headspace is today and why it was important for her to leave Jax. 

According to Lala, “You know, I’m very proud of her. Just what she does on a regular basis for her life. You know, she doesn’t have… Jax is not helpful. He does not contribute in any way, shape or form. I don’t care if he hears me say that either. This is a fact.”

Lala went on, “And she wakes up, hustles her ass off, provides for her son. And I just have a lot of respect for her.”

Heather and Lala then compliment Brittany on how beautiful she looks, especially after leaving Jax. From there, they discussed if she’s moved on from her Ex. Specifically, they talk about Julian. 

Lala said, “So, yes, Julian, the guy that I had talked to for years, and then introduced him to the group. And then he still stuck around.”

She continued, “And then Brittany started hooking up with him.”

When asked if Brittany has someone else now, Lala confessed, “I don’t know, maybe. I think she’s having fun. I think she’s out talking to dudes as she should.”

Lala added, “She had many years of dealing with Jax. And now she needs to go and enjoy her life and have someone make her feel beautiful because she is.”

They then discuss The Valley, which Lala will be a part of for season two. She told Heather, “I wouldn’t say I’m a big part of it. I pop in. I’m very, very pregnant at that point in time. We’ll see what makes it.”

She went on, “It just made sense. Sheesh is a part of it. I think she gets her hands a little bit dirty, which I love.”
