Lala Kent has opened up about her current relationship with Scheana Shay amidst their ongoing feud and reflected on her choice to use a sperm donor. The Vanderpump Rules celebrity also mentioned her desire to undergo breast surgery again due to one breast becoming “conclave.”

Recently, Lala and Scheana, previously close friends, have experienced tension following a heated phone argument earlier this year. Scheana accused Lala of disclosing Brock Davies‘ past infidelity before Scheana addressed it in her memoir.

During her appearance on Casual Chaos, Lala reminisced about her decision to pursue intrauterine insemination (IUI) for her second child, Sosa.

“I can vividly recall the moment I started thinking, ‘Am I really choosing single parenthood? Am I ready to find a sperm donor?'” she shared. “After Sosa was born, I never felt like I was finished having children.”

Lala was then asked where she stands with Scheana.

“We’re bumpy. I’m still confused on how she moves,” Lala answered. “It’s really strange to me.”

On her own podcast, Untraditionally Lala, Lala discussed her plastic surgery with Heather Dubrow.

“I want to have my boobs redone because breastfeeding two babies is no joke,” she explained. “I had them redone, but something happened with my right boob. And I was like, this one is concave on the side. Like, what’s happening? And it feels like my implant is almost to my collarbone.”

Heather, who’s married to plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, responded, “I hate to tell you this. You got to talk to Terry, because some people are just prone to that. Terry, like, all he does is botched surgery.”

“Well, here I am,” said Lala.

“He doesn’t operate on friends,” said Heather.

“I don’t even know him,” Lala responded.

Dr. Terry later entered the room.

Heather asked him, “Is it true that if you have capsular contracture on a breast, it’s possible that you just are prone to capsular contracture? … You got to feel her boob.”

Dr. Terry looked uncomfortable.

“No, Terry, feel that. Just feel the top,” said Lala, and the plastic surgeon then touched the area in question.
