Larsa Pippen recalled her controversial interview with “idiot” Tamron Hall, and she shaded her “trash” ratings. The Real Housewives of Miami alum also addressed rumors surrounding her ex, Marcus Jordan.

Back in 2023, Tamron questioned Larsa about her then-relationship with Marcus, the son of Michael Jordan, who’s allegedly feuding with Larsa’s ex-husband Scottie Pippen. At one point in the interview, Tamron suggested that Larsa privately accused her of being negative.

On The Jason Lee Show, Larsa addressed the past interview.

“[Tamron] talked so much s**t about me … I should have really lost my mind on her,” said Larsa, via @hollywoodunlocked on Instagram. “But I didn’t want to go Housewives on her. It was prime time, I didn’t want to get crazy on her. I was too nice.”

“An NBC publicist, during commercial, [came and] whisper[ed] in my ear,” Larsa added. “She goes, ‘We can leave’ … because it was that bad. It was bad. [Tamron] needed to do it for her show because her ratings are trash. It’s another person [who] used my name for clickbait.”

Larsa said she “never” would have done the interview if she knew that would be her experience.

“I did it to promote Housewives,” she said. “We were doing press for Housewives. And they’re like, ‘Hey, do you want to do Tamron[‘s] show? My mom was like, I love her. I love her show.”

“Then I go on her show, and she literally was like, ‘Why would you do that? Why wouldn’t you ask your ex … if [you] should date this person?’ I’m like, ‘On what planet [do] you live on? Nobody asks their ex who they should date.’”

“She was just an idiot, honestly, and she used me again,” said Larsa. “[I stayed to do another segment because] I didn’t know what to do. I was never, like, ambushed like that. And I said to her during the commercial break … ‘You’re being really negative’ … And then when [that] commercial was over … She [said on camera], ‘Well, Larsa said I was being very negative’ … I really thought she wanted to be a Housewife.”

Larsa was later asked about reports that Marcus is dating Nicole Murphy, with whom his dad, Michael, allegedly “cheated on his wife.”

“I have no idea,” said Larsa. “I don’t keep up with my exes. I feel like when you jump off the vessel, it’s just, ‘Good luck. I hope you can swim. I don’t care.’”

She suggested that Marcus “chase[d]” Larsa around “for years,” and one weekend, she decided to accept his offer to “hang out” in Miami. “And then we hang out and we started liking each other,” she said.

As for his alleged cocaine use, Larsa stated, “We’re not talking about that, because I didn’t know anything about that. We can’t talk about it because I wasn’t privy to that.”
