Her preference for bold red lipstick suggests she is confident without the typical full lips achieved through cosmetic procedures. Moreover, unlike many in the MAGA circle, Boebert’s face does not display the exaggerated cheek fillers commonly associated with the group. Her avoidance of such enhancements highlights her decision to remain relatively natural, although she acknowledges using some cosmetic interventions to maintain a youthful appearance.
In a candid moment, Boebert admitted to using Botox while arguing against a spending bill that included funds for what she described as “transgender medicine.” She stated on Rumble in March 2024, as reported by Newsweek, “You want to spend your own money to change your body up, sure. You know, I’m a fan of Botox.” Yet, she seems to exercise restraint, as evidenced by an unfiltered August 2025 photo showing her expressive facial lines. Nonetheless, she remains tight-lipped about other rumored cosmetic procedures.

Despite its popularity before closing in 2022, former employees revealed a different reality behind the scenes. In a 2022 interview with Mother Jones, some ex-staffers accused Boebert of prioritizing personal spending over properly compensating them, including alleged expenses for a breast augmentation.
Though Boebert has never confirmed undergoing breast enhancement surgery, rumors persist. One user on X commented, “Confession. I actually think Lauren Boebert is cute (although the boob job pretty much ruins it — but I digress…).” Another user referenced her rumored surgery in a critique of Howard Stern’s comments on Boebert’s “Beetlejuice” scandal, stating, “There was a time when Howard would have invited Lauren Boebert on his show so he could rate her boob job,” as shared on X.

Others used the rumors to take a jab at the representative’s fierce opposition to sex reassignment surgery. “Lauren Boebert got a boob job, that is not the way God made her. Its ok for her to change her body but no one else?” a third X user argued. We won’t know for sure unless Boebert chooses to discuss going under the knife. Until then, we can count on social media users to keep the rumors alive.
