Lenny Hochstein is now legally single and letting loose for all to see.

The celebrity plastic surgeon — who recently finalized his divorce from “Housewife” Lisa Hochstein — was seen dancing and grinding on Katharina Mazepa from the balcony of his Miami mansion Friday night.

Lenny was hosting Nylon magazine’s Art Basel party, presented by e.l.f. Cosmetics, at his Star Island estate, and did not let the packed crowd of partygoers intrude on his own good time.

Page Six spotted the doctor dancing up closely on his former fiancée, with whom he appears to have rekindled his romance as they’ve been seen “all over each other” at multiple Art Basel parties this week.

In September, Lenny confirmed to us that he had ended the engagement, adding, “I have decided to move forward with my life.”

He also wished the Austrian model, 29, well at the time, though, saying he had “nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family.”

Lenny’s love and admiration for Mazepa was on full display when Ludacris took the stage Friday as the special guest performer.

The Atlanta-raised rapper got the plastic surgeon and fellow partygoers moving with a medley of his hits, including “What’s Your Fantasy,” “Act a Fool” and “Move Bitch.”

Ludacris, 47, appeared to be having such a good time himself that he extended his set list and started taking fan requests, leading to an impromptu performance of his 2010 song with Justin Bieber, “Baby.”

Other celeb guests in the audience included Camila Cabello, Janelle Monáe and DJ John Summit.

Mazepa was seen trying to capture the fun moments by snagging selfies with her beau. She also bent down and did some dirty dancing while Lenny happily overlooked the performance from his balcony.

Prior to filing for divorce from Lisa in 2022, the “Boob God” often hosted wild bashes with his then-wife.

The couple was known for throwing the go-to Halloween party for years in all of Magic City.

While Lenny continues the traditions without Lisa, 42, she was forced to move out of the mega-mansion that she lived in with her then-husband and their two kids last year.

A source told Page Six in September 2023 that the doctor “made the move really uncomfortable. She was trying to do her best to get everything done.”

“He kept interfering,” the insider further claimed. “He should have been at work.”

Since then, however, the “Real Housewives of Miami” star has moved into a luxe Miami Beach condo that boasts five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, has 10-foot ceilings and costs $32,000 a month.

In November, the exes also settled their divorce, with Lenny being ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 a month in child support for Logan, 8, and Ella, 3. He will also pay spousal support per their prenuptial agreement.

The judgement does not appear to include any future invites to Lenny’s bashes, as Lisa was not present at his Basel fête Friday night.
