Leva Bonaparte is leaving Southern Charm after starring in the series in a full-time role for the past four seasons.

Ahead of the premiere of the season 10 reunion, Leva, 45, who joined the main cast in 2020 for season seven after appearing for years in a guest role, took to her Instagram page, where she shared a statement regarding her departure, as well as several photos of herself and her castmates.

“Hi guys! Wanted to let you know that although this year was so fun -I’ll be stepping away from Southern Charm this year on great terms!” Leva revealed in her March 26 message. “I am in a place now in my life where I want to have time to focus on Boys and my Joys. And need some time for a life reset on what is aligned for me!”

Continuing on, Leva admitted that she doesn’t have a “very salacious personal life to share.” However, she is a busy lady.

“Frankly I’m working on some pretty cool stuff that I hope to share more of soon! I love my friends on Charm wish them the best and I’ll show up when they need me -maybe you’ll see me at party or two through out their new season!” she teased.

As for her spinoff, Southern Hospitality, which she’s been starring in since late 2022, Leva confirmed she will continue to film with her castmates at her Charleston restaurant, Republic Garden & Lounge, where the series is based.

“Where you will see me is on Southern Hospitality in full force where I can focus my energy on the business and the show that has really found its footing this year thanks to the fans, the bravo bloggers and the GOAT network @nbc @bravotv!” she concluded. “So this isn’t TV goodbye! Just maybe a you’ll see me a little less! Love yall!”

After the statement was shared, both Venita Aspen and Rodrigo Reyes reacted.

“So proud of you and everything that’s coming for you! I love you!” declared Venita.

“Love you!” Leva responded. “And you know I’m always here if you need me! On cam or off!”
