During her sun-soaked getaway to Australia, the 36-year-old actress took to Instagram to flaunt her fit physique. On Wednesday, November 19, James shared a striking photo of herself enjoying a beach day in a vibrant hot pink one-piece swimsuit. The chic ensemble featured a square neckline, broad straps, and a textured design, perfectly complementing her beach-ready look.
Embracing a fresh-faced appearance, James opted for a makeup-free look, highlighting her glowing skin and natural beauty. With a playful pout directed at the camera, she let a few strands of hair dance in the breeze while the rest was styled into a casual updo. Her look was elegantly completed with a pair of silver stud earrings.
In another captivating photo, James showcased her natural curls as she took the helm of a boat. Leaning over the steering wheel in a striking red balconette bikini top, the Pam & Tommy star exuded charm. She highlighted her features with subtle makeup, including a hint of mascara, warm sun-kissed cheeks, and soft pink lips, along with perfectly shaped eyebrows. With her hair cascading down, James offered a gentle smile to the camera.
Known for her confidence and poise, Lily James isn’t shy about showing some skin. On Wednesday, August 6, she shared a bold Instagram post revealing her tan lines as she posed playfully nude alongside friends around a fire pit. In the striking image, James and five other women held hands, their heads tilted back as they gazed skyward.
For her trip, James also packed a black-and-white gingham bikini, equipped with underwire cups and thin straps. She wore the number while tanning on a beach and protected her face by covering her skin with a navy blue baseball hat.
“Up with the sun,” James captioned the post. Her celebrity friends and fans were quick to compliment her in the comments section.
“Australia suits you!! 💓💓,” Australian model Teresa Palmer wrote. Makeup artist Wendy Rowe added heart emojis, while photographer Kayla Rocca commented, “So beautiful ❤️.”
James previously showed off her figure while posing nude with her Harmonia costars around a fire pit in August. In the pic, she held hands with other cast members while they all looked up towards the sky. James showed off her tan lines and bum.
Her post came after she wrapped filming of Harmonia, which is set to be released in 2026. According to the official movie plot, the film follows Rita (Carrie Coon) as she is “entranced by the mesmeric leader and renounces her family to embrace the world of Harmonia commune.”
Rita’s daughters, Ella (Bella Ramsey) and Jo (Odessa Young), “put everything on the line to visit their mom and bring [her] back home.”
James played the leader of the cult beside Naomi Watts and Vicky Krieps. The film, which is set in the 1980s, was based on a true story.

After sharing the risqué pic, Instagram took down her post. James then clapped back at the app while rocking the same hot pink swimsuit.
“Instagram you deleted my last post … why…” she captioned the post.
Later that month, James again flaunted her bikini style during a luxurious boat day. She rocked a neon bikini featuring an orange top adorned with red straps and a scoop neck. James accessorized with a gold coin necklace and black sunglasses. She wrapped a white sarong around her waist and gazed into the distance.
