Season seven of The Real Housewives of Miami is in full swing, with many fans of the show calling it the best show in the franchise despite it not being as popular as the rest. Recently, Lisa Hochstein sat down for an interview and discussed who she thinks is the fakest from her cast, how she’s working on not showing up late to everything, and more.
Regarding this season of RHOM, all of the ladies, with the exception of Dr. Nicole Martin, returned. Newbie Stephanie Shojaee joined them, and she’s already off to a bold start.
Lisa was on an episode of the Virtual Reali-Tea podcast to discuss the new season of RHOM. One of the most notable questions came when the hosts asked her who she thought was the fakest woman on the show. She replied, “Right now, how I feel? Larsa.”
The host then asked if there had been a resolution between the two of them, and she said, “Not yet.” She went on, “It’s hard because when you’re rewatching the show, you’re reliving it and you’re seeing what’s happening when you’re not there, and it’s hurtful.”
Lisa then said, “The feelings, you know, the feelings come up.” They also discussed the scene with Larsa Pippen where she scrolled on her phone as Lisa cried after being told that no one liked her. She said, “Isn’t she like bothered? I was like, ‘Why isn’t she upset?’”
From there, she spoke to the hosts about why she showed up so late to the Goddess Party that took place during a recent episode. She said, “First of all, I thought it was a Goddess party, so I dressed up like a Goddess and I had a wardrobe malfunction.”
Lisa continued, “My boobs were popping out the entire time. They didn’t show it, thank God, but that’s why Larsa said, ‘Go get a dress in your size.’ One of the reasons I was a little tardy was because my boobs kept on coming out, and then trying to fix them. It was the only Goddess dress I had, but it didn’t really matter because it was a narcissist party, so I could have worn anything.”
Regarding her issues with time management, she said, “After seeing that, it really made me take a deeper look at myself, and I’m like, ‘I can’t… I gotta time myself better.’ I have a time management coach.” From there, Lisa admitted that her habit of showing up late hurts not only herself, but also those around her. She added, “I take full responsibility, which I think some women could start learning from that. Take responsibility for your actions.”
Lisa also spoke about the issues between Julia Lemigova and Adriana de Moura. This came after one of the hosts said he didn’t like seeing them at odds. According to her, “I don’t like it.” When asked if there is someone else to blame for their issues, she stated, “It just feels like Adriana’s getting a little iced out, and if it were me and that were my best friend, and all of a sudden she seems to be on another team, that maybe she in her mind considers to be like the cool girls or whatever, I don’t like that. It’s icky.”
She went on, “You know, I have hung out with her outside of the show. We’ve been friendly since the beginning, and she always seems to me to have wanted Larsa’s approval. She’s wanted Larsa’s approval since the beginning. I remember in season five she said, ‘Well, you don’t like any of my photos,’ or something like that. I’m like, ‘Why is she saying that?’ And here we are now all of a sudden, wonder why, Larsa became friendly with her, and now it seems like she’s going to that side and kind of turning her back on me even.”
In the end, she said Julia still doesn’t have Larsa’s approval.
