Lisa Vanderpump reacted to recent claims made against her by her former Vanderpump Rules co-star and ex-employee, Scheana Shay, while out in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
Following the release of Scheana’s new book, My Good Side, and an interview in which the 40-year-old The Valley cast member blasted the 64-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, suggesting she used her pain to build her empire and gaslit her for years, Lisa made it clear she was unbothered.
“Guess what? I don’t care what she says. How about that?” Lisa declared to TMZ on July 22. “I’m more concerned about Ozzy Osbourne dying today. That’s the saddest thing. Important things are what matter to me, not her bullsh*t.”
As Pump Rules fans may have seen, Scheana shaded Lisa earlier this month while promoting her new book during an interview with Us Weekly. At the time, Scheana claimed Lisa “low-key used [her] real-life pain to launch her TV empire.” Scheana said in her book that Lisa only pretended not to know about her 2006 affair with Eddie Cibrian, 52, when she introduced her to his ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, during a 2013 episode of RHOBH.
“She gaslit me about it for a decade instead of just coming to me in the beginning. That’s the thing with Lisa: She doesn’t make mistakes. She makes moves and then calls them coincidences,” Scheana explained.
Scheana also said in the interview that her relationship with Lisa, which was once tight-knit, changed after she “stopped following her orders” and refused to defend James Kennedy, 33, after he body-shamed Katie Maloney, 38, on Pump Rules.
Scheana and Lisa’s latest back-and-forth comes just months after Lisa accused Scheana of using her to sell books, and learning she’d mentioned her in My Good Side.
While appearing on Watch What Happens Live in May, Lisa reacted to being mentioned in the publication, asking, “About me? Oh, good Lord. Well, that’s probably just to sell the book because she hasn’t got anything else to say.”
