Liz Hurley’s son Damian has seemingly given his seal of approval to her apparent new romance with Billy Ray Cyrus. The model and actress stunned fans recently by sharing a snap of the US country music star kissing her cheek.

The photo, which was posted on Instagram, showed the pair who co-starred in the 2022 film Christmas In Paradise cuddled up against a fence in a field. Liz smiled under a wide-brimmed hat, leaning towards Billy, father of pop star Miley Cyrus. “Happy Easter,” she captioned the photo. Damian, 23, Liz’s son with late businessman Steve Bing, responded on Instagram, posting a red heart emoji and a party emoji in the comments. The news surprised fans, with many admitting they hadn’t seen it coming.

“Wait… what?” actress Melissa Gilbert posted, while one fan asked, “Who else totally did not have this one on their 2025 bingo card?”, reports the Daily Star.

Billy Ray didn’t stay single for long, wedding Australian songstress Firerose the same year. However, by 2024, the pair had gone their separate ways.

Now 59, Liz famously dated Steve Bing in 2001 and welcomed their son Damian a year later. Tragically, the businessman and film producer ended his life in 2020.
