Ali Lima has openly discussed her cosmetic enhancements.

The 29-year-old star of Love Is Blind addressed her fans on TikTok on Wednesday, November 5, to detail the cosmetic procedures she has undergone, fulfilling a promise she made to share her experiences with cosmetic treatments.

“Today, we’re focusing on injectables,” she explained. “The only surgical procedure I’ve had is on my nose,” she added, mentioning that her rhinoplasty mainly targeted the tip of her nose.

Ali further disclosed that she receives Botox treatments on her forehead, crow’s feet, and around her nose. Additionally, she uses masseter Botox in her jawline to alleviate headaches. “While it can help slim the face a bit, my primary reason was medical,” she remarked, mentioning that she now administers Botox to herself in certain areas.

Ali Lima, a participant in season 9 of Love Is Blind, addressed the rampant online rumors suggesting she has undergone numerous cosmetic surgeries. “People say I look nothing like my sisters and must have had a lot of plastic surgery,” she wrote over a video of herself in a car, which was shared on social media.

“Moving on to filler, I have had one syringe of Voluma to my cheeks,” she said. Ali explained that she didn’t love the cheek filler but agreed to do it because she was a model for a training network. “They needed one other person and I was like, ‘OK, yeah put some in there.’” She noted that people start getting “cheek deficit” with age and could see herself getting more cheek filler later down the line.

“I don’t regret it. I think it looks good,” Ali gushed. “It restored a little bit in the center.”

Ali also shared that she’s tried out pyriform filler, which targets the area between the nose and upper lip. “I don’t feel like it really did anything,” Ali said. “I was really new to the aesthetic world at that time and I wasn’t aware of what was best,” she explained, noting that she would get other work done now.

“The other filler I’ve had [is] obviously lip filler,” Ali said, pointing to her pout. “My lips were non-existent. So thankful that was also the very first thing I ever did,” Ali said. “It really started my whole transformation and, in my opinion, my whole glow up. I think I look a lot better now.”

Ali’s cosmetic procedures aren’t the only thing she’s changed about herself as of late. Earlier this week, she showed off a hair transformation via TikTok.

In the clip, she played Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings” while playing with her new tresses, featuring subtle caramel highlights in her brunette strands. She ran her fingers through her brightened mane and showed off curtain bangs, as well as long layers and 24-inch extensions.

Ali styled her new ‘do in loose curls with her roots voluminously framing her face.
