Margaret Josephs has unveiled the results of her recent nose surgery.
The 58-year-old star of Real Housewives of New Jersey, who previously opted for a facelift and endured a rigorous CO2 laser treatment just over a year ago, showcased before and after images of her latest cosmetic enhancement. She took this opportunity to share her motivation behind pursuing additional plastic surgery.
“Nobody wants a sagging tip,” Margaret quipped in the caption of her March 4 post. “While some might refer to it as a rhinoplasty, I prefer to call it ‘nasal rejuvenation.’ As I aged, my nasal tip began to droop whenever I smiled, which left me displeased. In my younger years, I had no issues with my nose and never considered surgery. However, aging caused the cartilage to weaken, accentuating a minor bump that caught my attention in every photo, and it truly bothered me.”
Margaret ultimately decided to address her concerns with a nose procedure, enlisting the expertise of Dr. Gary Motykie for what she described as a “subtle adjustment.”
“Now my nose fits my face so [perfectly] and no one can quite put their finger on why… not even my family members!” she gushed. “I am a huge advocate for doing what makes YOU happy and feel your best. Thank you Dr Motykie for this subtle upgrade, it made such a huge difference to me.”
Also in her caption, Margaret gave a nod to New Beauty magazine, telling her fans and followers to check out “photos of [her] scaring small children around the [Beverly Hills Hotel] pool,” which she said was the “best place to recover EVER.”
“I also [have] fat transfer and stem cells on my face so as you swipe you’ll see the swelling, don’t freak out it … it was to restore volume in the face too,” she warned with her slideshow of photos.
In Margaret’s slideshow, the longtime reality star gave fans a look at the weeks that followed her procedure, including an image of herself 24 hours later.
She then shared before-and-after images of her profile.
She also shared an eight-week post-op pic of herself at her high school reunion.
In the comments, Margaret’s plastic surgeon offered kind words.
“Margaret, it was truly a pleasure taking care of you. We performed a closed (scarless) finesse rhinoplasty to subtly support the nasal tip and refine the profile, along with Stellar fat grafting and stem cell therapy to restore facial volume and support healing. It has been a pleasure getting to know you and I’m so happy you’re loving the results,” he shared.
“I am so grateful to you and your amazing team!! You are a wonderful person and a beyond talented surgeon!! You give natural beautiful results!! Thank you,” Margaret replied.
Tamra Judge, 58, also weighed in, telling Margaret, “You look beautiful my friend.”
“Thank you my love,” Margaret wrote back.
