Martha Stewart has her sights set on one job at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming nuptials.
Hours after Swift and Kelce, both 35, announced their engagement, Stewart, 84, shared her excitement by uploading a picture of the pair’s proposal alongside a clip of her sipping a glass of wine.
“Mmm, the nectar of the Gods,” Stewart said in the clip via Instagram on Tuesday, August 26, adding in the caption, “🚨 It’s time to call in the ultimate wedding planner 🚨.”
The Eras Tour performer and Kansas City Chiefs tight end gave fans a glimpse of their engagement when they broke the news on Tuesday.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” the couple captioned their joint Instagram post, including photos of Kelce getting down on one knee and proposing to Swift.
The duo paired the announcement with Swift’s track “So High School,” where she sings about her romance with Kelce. The NFL player, for his part, has previously gushed that the hit song is one of his favorites.
“It’s got a little bit of a sentimental meaning, I guess,” Kelce said during a June 2024 appearance on the “Bussin’ With the Boys” podcast.
More than a year later, Swift joined Travis and his brother, Jason Kelce, on an episode of their “New Heights” podcast — where she recalled the early days of the couple’s romance. (Fans will remember that Travis famously shared on the podcast that he attempted to give a friendship bracelet to Swift during a 2023 Eras Tour stop, kicking off the pair’s whirlwind romance.)
“This podcast has done a lot for me,” Swift quipped. “This podcast got me a boyfriend ever since Travis decided to use it as his personal dating app two years ago.”
Swift gushed that Travis’ move was a “wild romantic gesture,” before joking that she initially thought he “didn’t get a meet and greet” with her and was “making it everyone’s problem.”
“He didn’t even reach out to our management!” Swift shared. “When this podcast came out I was like, ‘Did he ever reach out to be in the tents or did we know he was in the building?’ He came with Patrick Mahomes and he thought that because he knows the elevator lady that he could just talk to her about getting [backstage]. That’s how it works in 1973.”
She continued, “This was more like I was in an ’80s John Hughes movie and he was just standing outside of my window with a boombox just being like, ‘I want to date you! Do you want to date me!?’ So I was like, ‘If this guy isn’t crazy, which is a big if, this is sort of what I’ve been writing songs about what I’ve been wanting to happen to me since I was a teenager.’”
