Julia Lemigova stirred up drama on the season seven reunion of The Real Housewives of Miami by revealing an alleged intimate encounter with Adriana de Moura and facing accusations of affairs with both a Haitian mortician and a policeman. How does this impact her marriage to Martina Navratilova?
Amid rumors suggesting the 68-year-old tennis icon was contemplating divorce after more than ten years of marriage and their recent adoption of twin boys, a well-placed source has clarified the situation, shedding light on their relationship’s reality.
“This is not true,” a source confirmed to Radar Online on October 13. “Martina and Julia are not getting divorced.”
Amid the three-part RHOM reunion, an insider had alleged to The Zone on Instagram that Martina was “in contact with divorce lawyers after Julia Lemigova’s infidelity was made public.”
“The marriage is close to game, set, match for Martina,” the source claimed. “She’s had enough of their marriage being a spectacle for the public and is devastated about the couple’s issues being on full display on national television. Julia is begging her to stay because of the boys they recently adopted. Martina is on the fence about what to do now [that] they have the boys, but is close to ending it all.”
As fans will recall, Julia, 53, claimed Martina was aware of her alleged encounter with Adriana, 59, and she explained that their marriage wasn’t in a good place at the time of the supposed hookup on the reunion.
“I feel horrible, but I was not me for four years,” Julia shared. “I couldn’t speak the truth. I never betrayed Adriana with my friendship with [Alexia Nepola]. I tried so much. We slept together once, and then we fooled around in the Versace Mansion at [Alexia’s] bachelorette. … I didn’t say it to spread gossip. It had to be known. I never betrayed Adriana. I still love her.”
The Real Housewives of Miami‘s season seven reunion concludes on Thursday, October 16, at 9/8c on Bravo.
