90 Day Fiancé stars David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan Toborowsky have been staples of the TLC franchise since 2017. Eight years later, the pair’s relationship is still going strong after overcoming their fair share of ups and downs, from Annie’s reservations about David’s drinking habits to his rocky relationships with his adult kids and whether he wanted to have children with her.
In Touch rounded up what David has shared about his kids on the show and on social media.
How Many Kids Does 90 Day Fiance’s David Toborowsky Have?
He has four children. Three adult kids – Ashley Aguilar, Brittani Allen and Jacob Toborowsky – from a past relationship, and baby Minthirarat with his current wife, Annie.

David Toborowsky’s Complicated Relationship With Ashley on ‘90 Day Fiance’
David and Ashley’s rocky relationship was delved into in season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé. She previously called him out as an absentee father, questioned his romance with Annie and infamously threw a cup of water in his face during a tense sit-down.
While she isn’t often mentioned on the show, she still appears to be in his life and on more positive terms with her dad.
David took to Instagram in August 2024 to reveal he had a “great visit” with Ashley and his granddaughter Aubri. Three months later, he gushed that he was “so proud of” the woman she became in a sweet birthday tribute shared in November 2024.
David Toborowsky’s Updates About Daughter Brittani on Social Media
Like Ashley, Brittani is rarely mentioned in the 90 Day Fiancé universe, but David has shared photos and messages of love and support for her online.
In November 2023, he uploaded a picture of him, Ashley and “five of six grandkids” on a lunch date in Louisville, Kentucky. The following year, he asked his Instagram followers to join him in wishing his daughter a “happy 34th birthday” on December 27, 2024.
“She is an amazing Mom and of course and [sic] amazing Daughter who is so filled with love and care,” he captioned a carousel of pictures of her. “Everyone is so proud of you for what you do, not just work at the hospital but as a Mom to 3 incredible Children and friend to many in your community. Love you so very much Brittani Allen.”

’90 Day Fiance’ Star David Toborowsky’s Son Jacob Was Shot in 2018
Jacob was accidentally shot in the face by a friend in 2018 when he was only 18 years old. Fortunately, his injuries were not life-threatening, but he did need several surgeries to correct the damage to his face.
David shared several social media updates on his progress after the incident in 2018, including one of him posing with his son during a birthday celebration.
Jacob has not updated his social media since August 2024, but he appears to be living in Texas with his wife, Allison.
He is expected to appear in at least one episode of 90 Day Diaries season 6.

When Was David Toborowsky’s Youngest Child Born?
David and Annie’s daughter, Minthirarat, was born in Thailand on March 11, 2025. She weighed in at 6 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 19.3 inches long.
“With hearts full of love and joy, we are thrilled to announce the arrival of our beautiful baby girl, Minthirarat,” the couple confirmed to Us Weekly at the time. “Her name means ‘brave gem’ and symbolizes the strength of Pisces, truly a shining light in our lives. We feel incredibly blessed to see this little miracle come to life.”
“A special thank you to Dr. Boostanfar, Angela Ho of HRC Fertility Encino, and Paradise Women’s Health in Scottsdale, as well as the amazing doctors and nurses at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital, whose care and support made this possible,” the joint statement continued. “We are beyond grateful for the love and encouragement from all the 90 Day Fiancé fans who have been with us every step of the way. Your kindness means the world to us, and we couldn’t have done it without you.”
The couple will document their IVF journey in season 6 of 90 Day Diaries.
Did David Toborowsky’s Kids Support His Decision to Have Another Baby?
David admitted his adult children had “apprehensions” about having a new sibling, but eventually “came around” to the idea in a September 2024 interview with Us Weekly.
“I mean it is different. I think once they see the baby, I think they’re going to come around even more,” he added at the time. “My son is probably more excited, but the girls have come around and they’re supportive and saying, ‘Look, as long as you don’t forget about us, that’s all we ask.’”
