Meghan Markle has once again found herself at the center of a storm of criticism following her latest interview, where her candid remarks have sparked a heated debate.

In her recent conversation, the Duchess of Sussex opened up about her marriage to Prince Harry, a topic that has always been under intense public scrutiny. Her comments prompted a strong response from some quarters, with a Royal expert labeling her as “patronising” and “cruel.”

Angela Levin, a well-known Royal biographer, shared her views during an appearance on Mark Dolan’s Talk TV show. She dissected Meghan’s statements from her interview with Harper’s Bazaar, providing a critical perspective on the Duchess’s narrative.

During the interview, Meghan, now 44, shared insights into her relationship with Harry, who is 41, emphasizing the profound impact he has had on her life. She remarked on the transformative nature of their love, stating, “He loves me so boldly, fully, and he also has a different perspective because he sees media that I wouldn’t.”

These comments have opened up a broader discussion about media perception and personal relationships, highlighting the ongoing public interest in the lives of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

“No one in the world loves me more than him, so I know he’s always going to make sure that he has my back.”

Meghan went on to describe how Harry possesses “you have someone who just has this childlike wonder and playfulness.”

She continued: “I was so drawn to that, and he brought that out in me. That’s translated into every part of our life. Even in business, I want us to play and have fun and explore and be creative.”

Angela bristled at Meghan’s remarks, declaring: “Not one word about her loving him. I can’t imagine any man whose wife said that to him, that he has childlike wonder, and that’s why she’s much better than him, She’s much more sensible, much more clever. And you know, I think he’d walk out the door.

“But what a terrible thing to say about your husband. That’s so patronising, so cruel, so awful. So that’s the first thing I think.”

Mark then responded, “She is calling him a man boy, isn’t she? She is saying the true bit out loud, which is that he’s her accessory. He’s the help. He’s an assistant. He’s the spare in his own marriage.”

Angela continued, “Yes. But it’s not even that he’s a man boy. He’s just a boy. You know, I mean, I think it is so rude and she thinks this is lovely. I mean, that’s why she’s got no idea how to behave. She can’t be interviewed. She should realise that by now, but she says all the wrong things.”

The scathing take continued as she added, “She has to feel that she’s absolutely super wonderful, super clever, but you’re not super clever when you do something like that. It’s cruel and nasty. And if that’s what she thinks, she’s even worse than I thought.”

Mark again joined the conversation with his own views as he offered, “Well, she’s infantilising him, calling him a sort of somebody with childlike wonder. It’s a shocking thing, like you said, to say to your husband. And she didn’t mention, as you” he said, “that she loves Harry, but that he knows that he’s got to look out for her and that he will, which doesn’t sound like an expression of love. That sounds, Angela, like an instruction.”
