During her appearance, Michelle also discussed her views on Lala Kent, 35, becoming a full-time cast member of The Valley and commented on Scheana Shay’s choice not to participate in filming. The 37-year-old explained the reasons behind her breakup with Aaron, expressed relief about finalizing her divorce from Jesse, 45, and shared that she’s now ready to start dating again.

“I spent a year living independently. When I moved in with him, we quickly realized he wasn’t prepared for my situation with a child, and it was better for us to go our separate ways,” Michelle explained regarding her split from Aaron, in a video clip from a panel discussion posted by The Reality Ashley on Instagram.

Jesse chimed in with a light-hearted remark, saying, “The honey wasn’t sweet enough anymore.”

Jesse weighed in as well, joking, “The honey wasn’t sweet enough anymore.”

During an interview with Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap, Michelle reflected on the end of her and Jesse’s marriage.

“I can’t believe I can finally say the words. I’m divorced. It feels amazing. I’m so looking forward to the future and just putting myself out there for people,” she stated. “I am ready [to date].”

When asked about Lala joining The Valley for season three, Michelle said it was “the best thing that could’ve happened.”

“She was my best friend. She’s like my ride or die now, and I couldn’t be happier,” she noted.

As for Scheana leaving the series after previously making guest appearances, Michelle admitted it was “hard.”

“For me, it’s hard because I’m close with everybody. Scheana, I’m very close to. It was a kind of [a] last minute situation, but I think she did what was best for her at the time,” she explained.

Then, speaking of what fans can expect from season three, Michelle said there would be more personal stories about each cast member.

“I think they’ll get to learn a lot more about each one of us and learn our background and our stories, and I think it’s a really happy and wonderful season overall,” she teased.

The Valley season three is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime early next year.
