The Secret Wives of Mormon Wives’ Jessi Ngatikaura is keeping it real with fans, opening up about why she underwent a popular cosmetic procedure.

Jessi, 33, explained to her followers why she opted for a pinch blepharoplasty, which removes excess skin from the lower eyelids, via TikTok on Friday, August 15. “It basically just takes the skin underneath [the eyes] and just pinches it up,” she said.

“I’m super excited about it,” Jessi added. “It’s really just to help loose skin in the under eye. This is all the result of getting older, but also, I lost almost 20 pounds, and loose skin comes with that.”

Jessi told her followers that she decided to go under the knife again due to feeling “self-conscious” about the excess skin, noting that she wanted to “tighten it up.” She also shared that the procedure is so minimal that she didn’t even think “people would notice.”

“It’s funny when people are leaving hate comments like, ‘This is so sad,’ OK, I’m just gonna look really awake and really young in a couple of weeks so it’s really not that sad,” Jessi said.

Jessi then defended other work she had done, including her rhinoplasty, sharing that it was a minor adjustment, too. “It was just a little tuck,” she said about her nose job, pointing at her nostrils.

Fans were also concerned for her results after she got a CO2 laser resurfacing treatment on her face, which is used to treat wrinkles, but Jessi gushed that after healing, her skin is “literally amazing.”

“I feel like the surgeries I’ve done are just to make me look a little fresher,” she explained. “Not to look scary.”

On Thursday, August 14, Jessi gave a peek at her results via TikTok as she heals up from her latest procedure.

“@utahfacialplastics does it again! @dr.jamesmanning did my nose procedure and I had also talked to him about my under eye and we decided a skin pinch would be the right move. I’ll continue to document the recovery process,” she captioned the post.

In another TikTok clip, she shut down “plastic surgery haters” and mouthed over a popular audio saying, “I’d rather die hot than live ugly.” Fans shared their mixed reactions in the comments section.
