90 Day Fiancé star Natalie Mordovtseva is “stepping into a new chapter” as she unveils her plastic surgery “dream transformation.”

“I’m thrilled to reveal my transformation journey with the exceptional Dr. Johnson — the leading plastic surgeon in Beverly Hill,” Natalie, 38, shared via Instagram on Thursday, February 20. “At his cutting edge clinic, every detail is perfected to sculpt beauty and elevate your confidence. From personalized care to masterful artistry, this is where dream transformations become reality.”

The Ukraine native asked fans to join her as she “redefined her look, embraced change and unveiled a radiant new self.”

Natalie had the support of her fellow TLC cast members like Ashley Michelle and Darcey Silva. However, others encouraged her to wait until she had the children she had openly expressed wanting during her time on the franchise.

“I want to be a mom. I’m also working on my degree, but I love my work on TV and I want to stay as relevant as possible,” the reality star replied in the comment section. “To be honest, I was offered a role in a huge project that I just couldn’t miss.”

Natalie said that “body correction” would help her “compete at the highest level” and represent herself in the “best way.”

“I need to be able to wear swimsuits — a luxury I couldn’t afford even after losing 20 pounds,” she continued. “Wait till you see the amazing before-and-after results.”

In another reply to a fan, she said viewers had never seen her in a bathing suit in the eight TLC shows she’s been on as when she lost weight, her skin didn’t look as “smooth” as she’d “hoped.”

“I couldn’t regain my original shape through strict diets, endless gym sessions or cutting out my favorite food,” she explained. “I’m incredibly lucky to have plastic surgery, which helps me achieve my best shape and truly flourish.”

Fans have had a front seat to Natalie’s rocky romances over the years throughout the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. Most recently, she appeared on season 2 of 90 Day: The Single Life alongside her on-off boyfriend, Josh Weinstein.

Natalie and Josh — who began their relationship on season 2 of 90 Day: The Single Life in 2022 — had a bumpy start to their couples’ retreat experience, arriving at the resort separately. The pair were the only couple attending the retreat who weren’t married and rekindled their rocky connection after Josh’s son was involved in a scary accident.

Natalie and Josh’s relationship seems to have come to an end since their time on 90 Day: The Last Resort as she allegedly confirmed their split in December 2024. She shared that they remained on good terms while filming the unfiltered after show, Between the Sheets, which dived deeper into each episode and provided behind-the-scenes commentary and revealing details from the cast that didn’t make it to the main show.

“WE ARE NOT TOGETHER! Whatever you heard, we are not together,” she seemingly wrote from her verified Instagram account on December 26, 2024. “I had to finish the filming for the Between the Sheets and I had to be professional on set and nice so he doesn’t use it against me by saying I’m crazy or can’t control myself.”
