Nikki Glaser recently took a humorous trip to meet with several plastic surgeons, sharing a comedic take on the cosmetic suggestions she received for her upcoming role as host of the 2026 Golden Globes.
As she prepared for her high-profile hosting gig at the Golden Globes, the 41-year-old comedian gave fans a sneak peek into her beauty routine. In a clip posted on Vogue’s TikTok on Monday, January 12, Glaser joked about the consultations she had with plastic surgeons. “I visited a few plastic surgeons just to hear their recommendations,” she laughed.
Pointing to her forehead, Glaser recounted how several doctors suggested she consider lowering her brow. Others proposed fat injections, prompting her to question, “Where does the fat come from?” To which they replied, “From your body,” she said, recalling the exchange. “I was making a joke, saying, ‘Oh, you’ll take it from my body? Not sure where you’ll find that much fat,’” Glaser quipped. Without hesitation, a doctor suggested her “thighs” as the source.
“They didn’t even pause!” Glaser exclaimed to the camera, noting that the doctor missed her joke about being thin. “I was like, ‘Good to know,’” she added with her signature wit.
Her fans were quick to laugh with Glaser in the comments section.
“Nikki Glaser spilling tea about her plastic surgeon trip has me here for it!” one gushed, while a second added, “THICK THIGHS SAVE LIVES BABYYYYY.” A third commented, “And she has amazing legs.”
Glaser previously opened up about being in support of plastic surgery while chatting with Jimmy Fallon on a March 2025 episode of The Tonight Show.
“You look great! Do you feel great?” Fallon, 51, told the comedian.

“Thank you! This takes a lot of work,” Glaser replied. “This is a mirage, what you’re seeing before you.”
She continued, “To look good, you have to feel — I mean, I’m wearing, like, a compression sock for my stomach. It’s like the arm stuff at CVS that takes your blood pressure.” Glaser added that her shapewear was “so tight” but made her look “snatched.”
After explaining to Fallon how uncomfortable she was under her silver dress, featuring a cowl neckline, long sleeves and a bodycon silhouette, the host insisted that she looked “fantastic.”
“Well, thank you,” she replied. “Wait until the facelift. That’s coming. August 2026,” she said. While Glaser may not have been serious about the exact date that she plans to get a facelift, she shared that she indeed plans to “do it.”
“I have no problem with that,” she said. “You gotta do it subtly so [fans] go, ‘What’s she’s doing?’ [And then I’ll say,] ‘Just meditating more.’” Glaser quipped, “I’m doing the type of medication that removes your eyelid skin. I’m drinking more water. I’m just working on my gut health so my brow has been lowered two inches.”
She explained that the best way to get cosmetic work done is to “subtly go in every so often.”
When it comes to Ozempic, Glaser shared that she supports anyone who takes the weight-loss drug. “I love it. I’m like, ‘Do it!’” she exclaimed. “I have no judgment. If you want to do Ozempic, I’m like, ‘Hell yeah, girl!’ I want people to feel more comfortable talking about doing it because I feel like there’s this shame and the shame is only from thin people who want you to stay fat.” She said through laughter, “They’re so mad that you’re getting thin now because that’s all they have.”
