90 Day Fiancé star Niles Valentine is asking for donations from fans to help bring wife Matilda Nti to the U.S.

The TLC personality, 28, took to his Instagram to share a screenshot of a GoFundMe page titled “Help Matilda Reunite With Niles in the U.S.A.” on Wednesday, February 5.

“We have set up a gofundme account. Special thanks to the people who sent messages requesting to support us, so I wake up seeing Matilda every day,” Niles wrote in the caption.

Matilda, 23, also shared a screenshot of the GoFundMe page to her own Instagram, along with a message of gratitude for fans.

“To the kind hearts out there who kept asking for this. Your thoughtfulness alone is worth more than gold,” the caption read.

The GoFundMe page, which lists Niles as the organizer, came with a letter to fans from the couple, in which they explained why they were asking for donations.

“Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,” the message began. “We are reaching out to you with hopeful hearts to ask for your support in helping Matilda get to the United States so we can finally begin our life together. As many of you know from following our journey, we put in some effort ourselves, but it hasn’t been enough.”

The letter continued, “Matilda has been a loving wife and has been patiently waiting to reunite with me in the U.S. While we have done everything possible to meet the immigration and visa requirements, the financial burden of this final step is overwhelming. The cost of visa processing, medical exams, travel expenses, legal fees, and her plane ticket to the U.S. all add up to more than we can currently afford on our own.”

Niles added that he and his wife were turning to their “community of supporters” for help in getting Matilda on her “long-awaited flight” from her native Ghana to the U.S. to “start [their] new life.”

“Your donation, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping us. We have set a goal of $8,000 to cover expenses, and every contribution brings us one step closer to being together. If you believe in our simple love story, our perfect imperfections, and happy endings, please consider donating and sharing this campaign,” the letter added.

The note concluded, “Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support. Let’s make this dream come true. With gratitude, Niles & Matilda Valentine.”

The GoFundMe has raised $2,075 out of its goal at the time of publication.

Niles and Matilda made their reality TV debut on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7, which premiered in September 2024 and concluded with part four of the tell-all on February 2. The couple met more than two years prior to their appearance on the show via social media.

“She just slid in my DMs out of nowhere, at first I thought it was too good to be true because she was very beautiful,” Niles explained on Before the 90 Days. “When she smiles, it does make you feel a type of way, not just because of her beauty either.”

The Alabama native tied the knot with his long-distance love in a last-minute ceremony, which Niles and Matilda planned in just one day, as seen in a December 2024 episode of the show.

Before the couple made it down the aisle, Niles and Matilda faced obstacles in their relationship, including friends and family believing that his would-be wife was only trying to scam him into obtaining a green card. However, he shut down the rumor in a November 2024 interview with Entertainment Tonight.

“At this point, she has stuck with me for more than two years. There is some dedication to keep that mark,” Niles said. “Even if you’re trying to use me for a green card, I admire your dedication.”
