Dylan Walsh reportedly told police he’d been drinking and cops found open containers of White Claw in his crashed car after his terrifying accident last week with his family in New Jersey.

Officers found an open cooler bag containing multiple empty and open White Claw Hard Seltzer cans in the “Nip/Tuck” star’s Ford Explorer, according to the Rumson Police Department police report obtained by TMZ.

A witness also told cops they heard Walsh’s wife, Leslie Bourque, allegedly screaming “get the bag out of the back seat” multiple times before police arrived.

According to the report, the actor, 61, was “very red and looked very confused” when talking to police. He told officers he’d been drinking and on his way back from a tavern before the crash.

Bourque, their two children — Hudson, 12, and Amelie, 13 — and another passenger were in the SUV when it crashed into two utility poles.

Walsh was cited for six motor vehicle violations after the incident, including open container of alcohol, reckless driving, expired registration, failure to keep right, unsafe lane change/failure to maintain lane and driving on a sidewalk, the outlet reported.

Walsh’s rep didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Walsh’s car was originally driving northbound around 5 p.m. on Aug. 17 before it abruptly swerved into the southbound lane and hit the first pole, the Rumson Police Department previously told TMZ.

The car kept moving and eventually slammed into another utility pole.

Two of the five passengers in the vehicle were later transported to Riverview Medical Center after complaining of pain.

A rep for Walsh confirmed the accident involving the actor and his family and provided an update on their health in a statement to Page Six last week.

“Thankfully, everyone is safe and has since returned home. The family is deeply grateful for the swift response of the Rumson Police, Fire Department, and EMS, as well as the staff at Riverview Medical Center for their care,” the statement read.

“They would also like to extend a special thank-you to the management and staff of The River Point Inn for their support in the immediate aftermath.”
