The long-standing rift has finally ended!
Paris Hilton has announced that she and Lindsay Lohan have put their differences aside and have found common ground in their shared experiences of motherhood, effectively ending their years-long feud.
During an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” this Thursday, the “Simple Life” star revealed plans for a playdate, saying, “We’re planning to get the kids together. I’m so happy for her. She’s glowing. We both love being moms.”
Kyle Richards, Hilton’s aunt and a fellow guest on “WWHL,” expressed her delight over the reconciliation, describing Lohan as “sweet” and expressing her happiness that the two women have reconnected.
Both former party icons of the 2000s have settled into family life. Hilton is a proud mother to son Phoenix and daughter London with her husband, Carter Reum. Lohan, on the other hand, shares her son, Luai, with her husband, Bader Shammas.
Hilton and Lohan’s famous feud dates back to 2006, when the women were seemingly in a love triangle with Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos.
Subsequently, oil heir Brandon Davis called the actress a “firecrotch” while out with the reality star, who giggled in response.
That same year, Lohan claimed Hilton hit her while at a house party, but the latter vehemently denied it.
They continued to take jabs at each other over the years with the socialite claiming in 2017 that the “Mean Girls” actress “wasn’t invited” to the iconic “Holy Trinity” outing with Britney Spears.
“It was just Brit and I out, and then she just like chased us to the car and got in,” Hilton told Australia’s MTV News of the legendary photos taken in 2006. “She wasn’t invited.”
The child-advocate activist also called Lohan “lame” and “embarrassing” during her 2019 “WWHL” appearance when asked if she could say three nice things about the “Parent Trap” star.
But by 2022, Hilton insisted there were “no bad vibes” between her and the “Rumors” songstress.
“I just got married. She just got engaged,” she explained on “WWHL.” “We’re not in high school. I think it was just very immature and now everything is all good.”
The “Cooking With Paris” star also shared that she “broke the ice” by congratulating Lohan on her engagement.
Once Lohan announced she was pregnant in 2023, Hilton gushed over how happy she was for her and gave her some warm advice.
“I just feel so happy for her and it’s just exciting to see all of my friends growing up and starting families on their own, and my advice is just to soak in every moment,” she told Access Hollywood. “It’s just so precious.”
