Phaedra Parks was featured on Sunday night’s Watch What Happens Live, where she offered an update on her communication with her former friend and Real Housewives of Atlanta castmate, Kandi Burruss.

After making her triumphant return to RHOA, also on Sunday night, Phaedra, 51, revealed if she’s had any recent contact with Kandi, 49, weighed in on ex-husband Apollo Nida‘s divorce from Sherien Almufti, and reacted to Shamea Morton‘s drama with Porsha Williams, 43, and Drew Sidora, 40, as she also shared her status with the cast of Married to Medicine and stated if she’s dating.

On the May 25 episode of WWHL, after being asked if she ever runs into Kandi in Atlanta, Phaedra revealed that she does, “every blue moon,” but she noted that they don’t exactly acknowledge one another.

“I don’t know if we do that,” she admitted.

Then, on the WWHL: After Show, after a fan asked for her thoughts on Apollo and Sherien’s Key West drama on M2M and questioned her about whether their divorce was a surprise, Phaedra confirmed their split is “already final.”

“And I wasn’t surprised. Nope,” she added.

Back on the live broadcast, Phaedra described Shamea’s falling out with Porsha as “unfortunate.”

“I’m just praying that they can turn the corner because we’ve had some great times together, we really have, and I know they’ve had some great times. And we want to have fun,” she noted.

As for Shamea and Drew’s drama, Phaedra said that while she saw “both sides of it,” she felt that Shamea “might have the stronger argument.”

Then, when asked about Charles Oakley, 61, dating Sheree Whitfield, 55, Phaedra admitted to being in the loop.

“I knew that he had dated Sheree. Yeah,” she confirmed, adding that she knows Charles from being out in Atlanta.

“Charles is hilarious. I’d never met [Angela Oakley], but Charles is that guy. Charles is, like, a really good guy,” she gushed.

Looking back on her re-entry into the cast, Phaedra said it was “cool” to reunite with Shamea.

“We have seen each other a million times since we were on the show, so she comes to the showroom a lot, and we did Will Trent together. I go to the Hawks games quite a lot. She’s given me tickets for the game. She’s sent a cake to my house before,” she shared.

Moving on to her recent meeting with Dr. Jackie Walters, 66, and Dr. Simone Whitmore, 58, at the NBCUniversal Upfronts in New York City, Phaedra detailed their run-in.

“We connected because there was a fashion issue, and I was able to help Jackie out. Her zipper broke, and I know a lot about zippers and pinning things, so yeah, so we’re good … [And] I just talked to [Dr. Contessa Metcalfe]. I talk to [Toya Bush-Harris] all the time, Sweet Tea.“

Although Phaedra is in touch with her former castmates, she did not watch the M2M reunion and wasn’t interested in what they had to say about her. 

“Of course not … No,” she stated.

Also on the episode, Phaera revealed she’s still dating the gentleman seen alongside her on RHOA.

“We’re definitely still hanging out. It’s nothing so serious. I’m just having fun. He’s a sweetheart. And very young. Thirty-one,” she shared.
