The video is set to dramatic classical music and showcases Reeves during the election campaign asserting, “Labour will not be increasing taxes – I can be very clear about that.” In another segment, Starmer emphasizes, “Let me be absolutely clear, we will not raise taxes for normal working people.”

Several interview snippets of both leaders reiterating their no-tax-increase pledge are woven throughout the minute-long video.

The video concludes with Reeves addressing the Commons on Wednesday, acknowledging, “I know that maintaining these thresholds is a decision that will affect the working people.” The video wraps up with the word “resign” emblazoned across the screen.
