Paul “PK” Kemsley has responded to Dorit Kemsley‘s divorce filing by requesting joint custody of their two children, son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9.

Weeks after the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star filed for divorce, requesting full physical and legal custody of Jagger and Phoenix, as well as spousal support, PK, 57, offered his response in a filing on Friday, waiving his right to gain spousal support and requesting the court deny Dorit’s.

In court documents obtained by Page Six on May 9, it was confirmed that PK asked that the court terminate Dorit’s request for his support and noted that he wants them to be responsible for their own attorneys’ fees and legal costs as their divorce plays out.

PK, like Dorit, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their breakup and had no prenuptial agreement in place.

In a May 9 post on X from attorney Ronald Richards, further details regarding PK’s filing were revealed.

“Paul Kemsley responds early to Dorit’s dissolution petition. His position is, no spousal support at all, each side pays their attorneys, and the separation date is TDB as well. He wants all projects after the separation date to be his plus any jewelry and gifts. Fireworks soon!” Ronald predicted.

As RHOBH fans may recall, Dorit filed for divorce from PK on April 25, just one day after her estranged husband stepped out in Los Angeles and was spotted kissing model Shana Wall, 50, at celebrity hotspot Cipriani.

The couple had previously announced their separation in May 2024 with a joint post on Instagram.

“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together. To [safeguard] our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children,” they shared.

“We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey,” they added.
