Denise Richards found herself in trouble with police on Sunday after she reportedly showed up unannounced to Aaron Phypers‘ home, despite filing a restraining order against him amid their messy divorce.

Days after the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star accused Aaron, 52, of violating the order by leaking photos from her laptop to press, Denise was accused of demanding access to the home as she allegedly screamed at Aaron’s parents and tried to physically attack his brother.

On August 4, TMZ reported that Denise had gone to the Calabasas, California, home, where Aaron lives with his mom, dad, and brother, to retrieve their dog before Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies were called.

Although Denise and Aaron may share pets, they are not supposed to be within 100 yards of one another.

In photos, Denise was seen speaking to a police officer in the driveway and in her silver Corvette.

According to the report, Denise went to the back of the home after her arrival and knocked on the back door, demanding that someone let her in.

However, due to the restraining order in place, which Denise obtained after making horrifying claims of abuse against her estranged spouse, Aaron immediately left the property out of legal concern. Once Aaron was gone, his parents let Denise inside, which led to an argument between her and his family.

After demanding their dog and allegedly yelling at Aaron’s mom and dad, swinging her finger in their face as she spoke, the report claims Denise was said to have gone after Aaron’s brother, “swinging at him and throwing mail at him.”

The report went on to reveal that Denise allegedly exchanged additional words with Aaron’s brother, and that he blocked her from leaving as he waited for the cops to arrive.

Although no one was arrested after the encounter, Aaron’s family was described as “terrified and very shaken up from the incident.”

Aaron Phypers filed for divorce from Denise last month after six years of marriage. And in the weeks that followed, as she claimed to have been abused, he claimed it was Denise who was violent, as he alleged that she cheated on him and was addicted to Vicodin.
