Prince Constantine-Alexios of Greece and Denmark has sparked romance rumors with a few notable names in Hollywood.

The Greece native is a member of the former Greek royal family, born as the eldest son of Crown Prince Pavlos and Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece. Constantine-Alexios’ family ruled Greece until the country’s monarchy was abolished in 1973. They officially received Greek citizenship in December 2024. (His family relocated to New York City in 2017.)

Despite his family’s history in Greece, Constantine-Alexios is known in the United States — partly due to his love life. The royal was spotted with Outer Banks star Madelyn Cline in September 2025, following a few other high-profile romances.

Instagram gossip account Deuxmoi obtained several photos and videos of Cline and Constantine-Alexios packing on the PDA during an outing in New York City. The pair appeared to keep a low profile in casual clothing but eagle-eyed fans spotted their chemistry. Cline also follows him on Instagram.
