Prince William faces mounting pressure to address public fury surrounding Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and his association with Jeffrey Epstein.

According to a source quoted by In Touch, “It’s likely he’ll be dealing with the fallout for years,” while Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly relieved to be “thousands of miles away from it all.”

Markle, 44, has seemingly been following the situation from Montecito, where she and Harry, 41, live with their two young children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4.
“The whole Epstein situation absolutely sickens her and she’s horrified by Andrew’s connection to it all,” reveals the source. “That being said, she and Harry have long felt the royals have used them as scapegoats to distract from much more damaging issues, like Andrew and his ties to Epstein.”
Despite settling a sexual abuse lawsuit with the late Virginia Giuffre in 2022, the disgraced Duke of York, 65 — who denies any wrongdoing — wasn’t stripped of his royal titles until last year.
“It was always hard for [Meghan and Harry] to understand how that could just be swept under the rug and ignored while they were being crucified over so much less,” says In Touch’s source. “So, to have Andrew finally facing some consequences has got to feel vindicating for them.”
